    Hi,

    I have applied online for new electricity connection and by mistake i chose wrong supply office an paid full quotation amount of rupees 6665 online.
    But later i was told in electricity office that my supply area will be different.
    Hence my request is to refund my quotation amount and cancel my existing application so that i can apply for the fresh one.

      My cust id[protected], narayan ch sarma sarkar (My father) paid the dec-2019 to feb 2020 bill rs 2698.00 on 11 dec 2019 through bhim, the amount was debited from my acct (Bank of india) but company showing failure payment and still amount is due. Alerting message for disconnection of power supply already issued to my registered mobile no [protected], i am staying in a uncomfortable condition now.

      Want to get paid the bill.

        Before 3months i applied for faulty meter replacement and for providing modified bill. But not yet no modified bill is provided by wbsedcl, faulty meter isn't replaced. Company peoples are coming to disconnect the supply. I contact to the local wbsedcl office many times, they assured to replace the meter. But no necessary steps were taken by them. They providing very high electricity bill.

            We are living in gopali and the high tension wire is passing over the middle of residential plot. And these wire should be removed from the residential area. No one from wbsedcl office in nimpura kharagpur is not taking responsibilities from past 1 year. Lastly the officials asked 5lacs rupees to remove the single outside the residential plot.

            This is unacceptable behavior towards to consumers.

            Please help!!!

              গোবিন্দ কয়াল, তপন কয়াল, গৌতম কয়াল, চন্দন কয়াল এরা 4ভাই, পিতা ঈশ্বর পরেশ কয়াল, ফতেপুর, কপাট পাড়া ফলতা থানার অধিবাসী. এরা দীর্ঘ বছর ধরে বিদ্যুৎ চুরি করে আসছে. কাছের ইলেকট্রিক অফিসে জানিয়ে কোনো ফল হয় নি. কিছু টাকা নিয়ে চলে যায়.আমরা গ্রামবাসী রা আপত্তি জানালে ঝগড়া করে. আর বলে ইলেকট্রিক অফিসে টাকা দিয়ে hooking করছি. কিছু দিনের মধ্যে মিটার চলে আসবে. একথা শুনছি দশ বছরের বেশি সময় ধরে. হুকিং এর তারে শক লেগে কয়েকজন অসুস্থ হয়েছিল. মাঝে মধ্যে শক লাগে. কিন্তু ওদের কোনো ভ্রূক্ষেপ নেই. এক দিক থেকে হুকিং বন্ধ করে দিয়েছি সবাই মিলে. সেজন্য অন্য দিক (বাগানের ভিতর দিয়ে ) হুকিং করছে. সেখানে গাছের সাথে তার জড়িয়ে আছে. যেকোনো সময় বিপদ ঘটতে পারে. বাড়িতে বৈদ্যুতিক জিনিস দিন রাত জ্বালিয়ে রাখে 200wt lamp, পাখা, টিভি আরও অনেক কিছু. কয়েক বছর আগে প্লাস্টিকের কারখানা ছিল. এই hooking করে চালাতো. ওদের বাড়ি বাগানের কাছে ইলেকট্রিক post থেকে প্রায় 200 mtr দূরে. ইলেকট্রিক যাবার কোনো পথ নেই. ওরা ঝগড়াটে বলে গ্রামের কারোর সাথে মিল নেই. এক ঘরের মত থাকে. আমাদের পাশের বাড়ির এক কাকু শক খেয়ে মরতে মরতে বেঁচেছে. পরেও আমাদের বিপদ ঘটতে পারে. দয়া করে ওদের হুকিং বন্ধের ব্যাবস্থা করবেন. আর উপযুক্ত শাস্তি ও ফাইন করবেন.ধন্যবাদ. দয়া করে আমার পরিচয় গোপন রাখবেন.

I have paid the electricity bill of dec-jan-feb[protected] of rs. 674 only through "http://www.wbsedcl.in" by using paytm payment gateway, at about 10:50 am, 16th dec 2019 and the money was debited from my account but still the payment remains in pending or in failure state, hence the bill is showing in the above-mentioned site as unpaid till date and it is not showing the payment receipt of the bill.
                Please assist me in this regard. I contacted with wbsedcl and paytm but both companies are not responding to my requests

Subject - letter of complaint to the wbsedcl for excess billing. Sir i'm quite surprised and quite shocked to receive the electricity bill amount rs. 6620 previous month and rs. 2249 current month against electricity consumption for the last 6 months at my residence to receive such a heavy electricity bill. I am quite distrubed how such an exaggerated amount in bill could have been reached. Since my all dues are clear. I would be highly obliged if you could sattle this matter in accordance with the previsions to the satisfaction of your customer.                     i, Sri Syamal Aditya today i, e on 2.1.2021 (con id[protected]paid the monthly electricity bill) for January-2021, through wbsedcl portal, online. but after first payment I did not receive any message from wbsedcl and I further made 2nd payment through same portal.After half an hour I received 2 messages that Rs 1541+1541=3082 have been debited from my account vide Txn id VSM[protected] AND VSM[protected] OF STATE BANK OF INDIA, COURT BRANCH SILIGURI on 2.1.21.Immediately I took mini statement and found the matter correct.In this regard I fervently request your good self for adjusting it for the preceding month February 2021.

But they are not able to solve the problem .I have attached the screen shot, please find the attachment .

                              Myself anadi dhar (Consumer id[protected], i made one electric bill (Wbsedcl) payment on 08.11.2019 through indusland credit card - [protected] used by payzapp.
                              After the transaction rs.655/- amount debited from my credit card account and bill payment successfully show. But my bill payment not successfully from wbsedcl end and my payment is still pending show in wbsedcl payment status.
                              Please solve the problem as soon as possible because i made the payment on 08.11.2019... And now i got a msg from electicity board that my connection get cut if i not pay the bill amount.
                              In payment status page of wbsedcl where show last successfull payment done 07.08.2019 but my last payment 08.11.2019 not show. Please solve the problem.

                                  I will inform you that, i will complain to coustomer care, docket no[protected], consumer id[protected], problem meter stopped/defective, 3 month before raise complain, till not solve. Every bill value is very high... Again and again call coustomer care and electricity office. Not for call personally submit application.. Till not response.

                                    I have disconnected my electricity connection and surrendered the same form my previous residence (C/o ashit choudhury, pahargora / adra road, raghunathpur, po raghunathpur, distt purulia) on 28th mar 2016.

                                    But till date my security deposit has not been returned. Requesting you please look into and arrange to returned my sd at the earliest.
                                    I am hereby attaching all three request letter to the station manager, raghunathpur sub division for your redy reference.

                                      Recently i purchased a flat in sugam park housing society, flat no a8/104,
                                      195 nsc bose road, narendrapur. It was previously owned by mr. Bijay mukherjee, who paid electricity bills till end of september 2019. Registration of the flat in my name and change of ownersih was done on 29/8/19 and i got registration papers by third week of september.
                                      Long before this, disconnection and removal of meter was done w/o any intimation to past owner was done by garia customer care centre (Garia ccc) a substation of wbsedcl, and i came to know about it from an electrician of housing society.
                                      After change of ownership of the flat i applied for reconnection. Quotation amount of rs 6485 / made immeditely on claim. Since then i have given repeated reminder on the portal of wbsedcl, with docket nos, 26653261, 26670648, 26720085 on dates 16/10, 17/10 and 21/10 respectively, apart from e-mails on portal of wbsedcl (West bengal state electricity distribution company ltd.), but nothing done till now.
                                      My complaints are;
                                      Why disconnection and removal of meter done in july, when bills are paid till september by past owner?
                                      Why reconnection not done in spite of payment made immediately on claim?

                                      WBSEDCL GARIA CCC INFORMED MY NEIGHBOUR THAT I HAVE TO SUBMIT COPY OF AADHAR/ PAN/ PHOTO/ COPY OF MONEY RECEIPT, WHICH THEY SEND ME BY SMS ON 29/9. IS IT A PRACTICAL JOKE? HARRASSMENT? OR PLOY TO EXTORT MONEY?

                                      WHY WBSEDCL IS SHY OF DIRECTLY ASKING ME, INSTEAD OF MY NEIGHBOUR?
                                      I m facing issues regarding password and very disappointed with the wbsedcl site.again and again it is showing password has been successfully reset but after that when i login it shows user authentication failure and password locked everytime.please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
