I will inform you that, i will complain to coustomer care, docket no[protected], consumer id[protected], problem meter stopped/defective, 3 month before raise complain, till not solve. Every bill value is very high... Again and again call coustomer care and electricity office. Not for call personally submit application.. Till not response.

    I have disconnected my electricity connection and surrendered the same form my previous residence (C/o ashit choudhury, pahargora / adra road, raghunathpur, po raghunathpur, distt purulia) on 28th mar 2016.

    But till date my security deposit has not been returned. Requesting you please look into and arrange to returned my sd at the earliest.
    I am hereby attaching all three request letter to the station manager, raghunathpur sub division for your redy reference.

      Recently i purchased a flat in sugam park housing society, flat no a8/104,
      195 nsc bose road, narendrapur. It was previously owned by mr. Bijay mukherjee, who paid electricity bills till end of september 2019. Registration of the flat in my name and change of ownersih was done on 29/8/19 and i got registration papers by third week of september.
      Long before this, disconnection and removal of meter was done w/o any intimation to past owner was done by garia customer care centre (Garia ccc) a substation of wbsedcl, and i came to know about it from an electrician of housing society.
      After change of ownership of the flat i applied for reconnection. Quotation amount of rs 6485 / made immeditely on claim. Since then i have given repeated reminder on the portal of wbsedcl, with docket nos, 26653261, 26670648, 26720085 on dates 16/10, 17/10 and 21/10 respectively, apart from e-mails on portal of wbsedcl (West bengal state electricity distribution company ltd.), but nothing done till now.
      My complaints are;
      Why disconnection and removal of meter done in july, when bills are paid till september by past owner?
      Why reconnection not done in spite of payment made immediately on claim?

      WHY WBSEDCL IS SHY OF DIRECTLY ASKING ME, INSTEAD OF MY NEIGHBOUR?
      I m facing issues regarding password and very disappointed with the wbsedcl site.again and again it is showing password has been successfully reset but after that when i login it shows user authentication failure and password locked everytime.please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

        I am debajyoti bishal. I had an electricity connection in the above-mentioned company and the consumer id[protected]. I surrendered my connection in september 2018 and i applied for the security deposit refund and the complaint no-575 on dated 12 june 2019 at marishda ccc, contai, purba medinipur. But till now i have no information about my complaint and the company does not send any acknowledgement regarding my complaint to me and also my money.

          Dear sir,
          Subject-regarding change of faulty meter no-g02383905, (Consumer no[protected], installation no-[protected]).

          With reference to the captioned subject, i amrit raj (H/o archana shree) inform you that i have lodged a complaint to replace my faulty meter vide telephone against which docket no[protected] has been provided as a complaint no by the customer care executive (19121) but despite that no one from wbsedcl bothered to contact the customer, nor any technician visited to resolve the complaint but i was astonished to see the app showing that "complete" status on vidyut sahayogi app on 15/10/2019, this is the irony of wbsedcl.
          Further i would like to state that once again my electrician checked wiring of my flat and concluded that the meter no g02383905 is faulty which has been installed about 3 months back. Green light of the meter is also not glowing, which indicates that meter is faulty and immidiately needs to be replaced
          Hence in light of the above i again contacted customer care representative of wbsedcl and informed him about my mental agony. He again told today i. E on 18/10/2019 that technican will be sent against my new complaint no[protected]Docket no).
          My apprehension is that when i asked when the technician will visit my flat, he didnt say the dates, nor he assured the days by when i should expect the visit of technician.
          Above all the docket no 26602946 goes unattended, as of now, the feedback of the same has been given through wbsedcl mobile app i. E vidyut sahyogi. I am attaching the screen shots of my complaints for your ready reference.
          Hence request you to intervene, so that my newly installed faulty meter as per the captioned subject gets replaced at the earliest, as i am in a state of constant worry and apprehension because of increasing units in my meter no - g02383905, even when not in use for the last 22 days.

          Please take appropriate action, so that my faulty meter gets replaced by a proper working meter.

              Hi,

              This is really unfortunate that I am not getting any response, co-operation on the issues of current bill amount of Rs.22, 000.00 for Aug/Sept/Oct, which is absolutely wrong. Generally - bill comes between Rs. 7000 to 8000 for 3 months.

              I am following –up with Bally WBSEDCL office, customer care, have done docket twice in last 3 months with no luck / no response.

              Please do investigate on this matter and help to resolve this issue at the earliest.

                wrong meter reading taken by meter reader and high bill

                    Sir,

                    This complaint is regarding faulty meter reading/ excess billing amount. As we are not staying at that place for more than a year now. The bill amount i used to pay earlier was around rs.150/- per quarter. But in the quarter april to june 2019 the bill was rs.4070/-, but after enquiry from the local wbsedcl nabagram office they guided us to pay the bill & told us to submit a written complaint.
                    And for that i had paid rs. 4070 on dtd 12/07/2019 for without using single unit and also submitted an application regarding complaint for faulty meter reading. On surprise of that i didn't got any response from nabagram wbsedcl office, konnagar till date. On dated 04/10/2019 i got another bill of rs.1119 for quarter july - september 2019 which is due to be paid on 16/10/2019. As i have already stated above that i am not staying at that place now for more than a year now, so i request you to kindly do the needful action at your end so that i don't need to suffer for the faulty meter reading.

                      I've a open docket to WBSEDCL. I've called to customer care so many times but no one answer to take call. My docket number is 25671936. I docket to care on 30/08/19 and today is 24/09/19. Almost one month has gone. Can you say, how much times I will wait for it???
                      Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.
                      If my docket has not been solved within 2 days, I will take any legal action against company.

                      For June 2021- August 2021 we got a bill of Rs 1856 rupees, which is unexpected. Also currently we are staying outstation due to COVID so no electricity consumption as the house is locked and main power switch is turned off. Please explain how come we got this much bill without any usage.

                      I have raised a complaint regarding the above but immediately after raising the complainant I could see the docket status is Complete, but no resolution has been provided.

                      Kindly let me know what steps need to be taken from my end.

                        In our locality 2 years ago a electric post was installed with naked wire connection. At that time, that was no problem, as there was no two storied building. So the wires were less riskier then. But now 1building is developed to 2storied. And day by day others are also to be done. So the naked wire is being a cause of huge danger as it goes past just 1 feet distance, which is very much within reach of any one.

                        So my earnest request to you is that, kindly take step and arrange to change that naked wire to cable wire. So that we can live a safe life here avoiding danger from electricity.

                          I submitted a complaint vide docket number 25485077 dated 24/08/2019, regarding defeative & stop electric meter of wbsedcl but as on date no action has been taken by the wbsedcl authority. My meter stopped providing reading since november 2018.
                          Each time it took two days to lodge the complaints, and the staff of wbsedcl, natunhat ccc are very rude and ignorant. They are always busy with the private contractor.
                          All this months i am paying an average huge bill amount, but now my consumption is much less than that's.
                          Seeking immediate action in the matter and restrain me from taking further legal action.

And i have a doubt that, the owner of that mentioned house, where i living as a tenant, the house owner is dishonest and might be hooked the street electricity to connect with his house's power, with the intention that to reduce the electricity bill. And the dishonest activity destroy the government assets. The owner also harrassed us by taking excess electricity bill, and i aslo suffer with low voltage problems.

                              Hello, i'm from ichapur (N) 24 p. G. S. My customer id is[protected]. I've received last month abnormal bill. Already coplaint but no action taken by the official. Third class service by wbsedcl i've ever seen. Docket no[protected].
                              And on daily basis electricity cut for three hours and because of this incident our daily working program hamppered. Who will be responsible for this? R u people going pay me the loss? Seriously if i've an option then i'm going for cesc. Are you people able to solve the problems?

                                There are prolonged power cuts in our area ( ie BANGALPARA, Kolkata 700103 under Boral wbsedcl) on every Sunday usually from 8am to afternoon. Repeated complaints yielded no results. Nobody in Boral wbsedcl office/ Station Manager/Supply office/customer care takes calls on Saturdays leaving us helpless. Complainants to help-line numbers yields no result.

                                  The supply of electric current is undoubtedly, very very poor and insufficient to our industry needs and especially to all other factory sites where machine work and labor are concerned.

                                  Notwithstanding of several requests and pleadings, to ur deptt. Of barrackpore office, they didn’t do anything to improve and or ameliorate the continuous supply of electricity to all other factory sites at our industrial area of bolagore more of suryapur area as of date and we r still with the same story of regular power-cuts with regular frequency.

                                  We cannot provide big big powerful generators on the spur of the moment as we donot produce that much tonnage of regular output and over and above that, its beyond our budget and financial needs.

                                  Hence, apart from the inclemency of weather conditions, please try to provide and supply regular flow of current for at least 8-10 hours o[censored]ninterrupted power so that we can do something fruitful and produce the requisite quantity and save something for the rainy days.

                                  If this continues, perchance, we have to think otherwise, or to shut down our unit for good and thus had to surrender to your altar with no reasons.
                                  Thus, please take a serious and instantaneous action in this regard to eschew further concurrent losses in our production diurnally, in the near future.

                                    Dear sir, my con id[protected], today a team of seb group came to my house/boundary wall to fix a ht elect line (As they told). Already a lt line post is lying on my land adnuscent to my boundary wall ab gate. We are facing difficulties to enter and park car our car. So i objected to fix another post there. I suggested them to fix it opposite side of the road which is away from gate or near by some where. You are therefore, requested to look into the matter shortout the issue. I am a widow staying with my daighter. So your kind intervene is requested.

                                      I lived in barrackpore (A. Road)..
                                      In my ward.. Simaltaneously electricity cutt of from several months.. For 2 3 hrs daily due to transformer prblm leads our life very harsh.. Aftr being complaining at wbsedcl in our area didnt solve our issues.. Causing people very much serious and angry... Now..
                                      So i request you kindly please fix this issue asap..
