Where do i find the installation number or installation type. I couldn’t find in the electricity bill so i tried to get myself registered online and the wbsedcl website still ask for installation number so i m not able to register myself online too. I really need to know my installation number or type for various other purposes too. Kindly guide me asap....

This is to lodge a complaint about 3 employees who misbehaved with my mother when she visited their office to submit documents for a new connection. A guy named "biren ray" was the mastermind, he was too harsh and show an arrogant behaviour to her. He eye contacted one other guy (Short hight, bearded with spectacles) and made him to behave the same. Then their comes another middle aged lady (Whitish skin colour with spectacles) employee whose audacity was stunning! She was literally challenging my mother, as if y mother is illiterate!!! All they tried is confusing and harea shing my mother. Being a government employee rather i can say a public servant how they can behave so rude. All i want is immediate action against them.

Today 26th august i had tried to pay by wbsedcl electricity bill through wbsedcl.in. I chose the quick pay option and then after entering all my information, i opted for billdesk option. And then i chose the upi option and entered my google pay upi id. I got a notification from the app to pay the money. I did so and waited after coming back to the website. After sometime i saw a writing amount not get paid...

Dear sir/madam,

I am living under wbsedcl katwa zone near subodh smriti road area. Consumer id :[protected]. Since this summer we are facing extreme low voltage almost all day long. Condition is even worse at night. I have repeatedly informed katwa wbsedcl authority but they did not take any action. I also register complaint regarding this (Complaint docket no:[protected] but that was also not entertained and even after almost 20 days of lodging complaint the status is still open. That means no one even cared to receive the complaint. I am surprised is the whole complaint management service out of service or they just do not bother about consumer's concern.
Sir/madam, we are regularly paying our bills on time for years. Don't we deserve minimum service from wbsedcl?
Loosing all faith in the wbsedcl system i'm here seeking your interference in this matter. Please have a look into this and take necessary action. Looking for your help.

Dear Sir, I am Jyotsna Sarkar, w/o- Late Dhiren Sarkar, vill- Chhinui, P.O- Nimo, P.S- Memari, Dist- Purba-BWN, Pin- 713146. I got electric connection and meter dated on 24/04/2010 as a biri labour. After three months of connection i did not get any bill. So I used to visit the electric office. But the staffs told me that there were not any master card or record in the office. So i gave an application to ready my bill as soon as possible. But they didn't. Now 2019 year, they send me a bill of 32891 rupees. So here are two problems, first high rate per unit, second high bill onetime that i am unable to pay. So i visited to memari electricity office(WBSEDCL) and told to make a monthly installment within five hundreds but they did not listen and made monthly installment 1400 rupees. But i could not pay 1400 rupees per month and they cut my electricity line. Not only that, they making compound interest day by day for that bill. So sir it is electricity department's fault, they should generate a bill after three months of meter connection but didn't. And now they are doing dishonesty with me.
So, sir I am requesting you that help me to reconnect my line with a monthly installment within 500 rupees that I am able to pay. Thank You

Last month reading, my electric bill was
Absart. Generally my monthly bill was
Rs. (700 to 800). But last month it was
Rs. (3, 960 × 3)=rs. 11, 741/-;
What will happen? And you are charged rs.8.99/- per unit. It is totally un athuantic.
You people are totally cheet with us. (Customer)
A fixed unit charge will may applicable.
And every month you should also send your representative to take the miter reading.
Please look into this matter.

This is complaint for the poor electricity supply to our place for which everyone is suffering in this hot summer days.
Very poor electricity supply in our area... That is rajganj of jalpaiguri district, pin-735134.
Without any reason there is a power cut for 5-6 hours in this hot summer days.
Even if there are some wind or a 2-3 drops of rain... They will cut the power off!
Please look into this matter and try to solve the issue as it is getting unbearable now.
I mean what are we paying electricity bills for?

বহু দিন ধরেই বিদ্যুৎ চুরি চলছে । বহু দিন আগে কানেকশন ছিল যখন হাতের লেখা বিল ছিল।

Sir, in my area is getting power cut daily. We are trying to inform to the office at galsi electrity office ([protected]) purba bardhaman. But they ignore it again again.
They are not recieving my phone.

My electricity bill is higher than usual. Last month same thing also happened. Company's team change meter. But problem not solved.Respective officer said that pay the full amount of 2500/-(approx)before complain for the same. Last month I also paid high bill. But no refund received. We only use two fan, one TV and two PL usually. I am sure that it is some technical problem of the company. Please look into the matter.Attached bill copy for your ready reference.

Their is so much load shedding in my area. 20-25 times a day. Im not satisfied with your service. I charge for it then why i suffer for such a bad service. Is it a some kind of joke with me that type of service you provide. Whole year i have face this problem. I pay for your service then why i suffer. I want quick response for my complaint

We, 6 families having 24 members including children and aged people residinng at a newly constructed flat at nandan kanan, rahara, khardah, 700118. The name of our flat is om sai plaza, built by swarupa construction. Since then for more than two years one commercial meter having consumer id[protected] has been allotted. For allotment of personal meter & transformer, our promoter has already deposited the requisite money i. E. Rs 273344/ through demand pay to wbsedcl, khardah on 01.12.2018. But till date we have not received/supplied individual meter. We have repeatedly urged and visited local office but in vain. No body paid minimum attention and we have the apprehension of some middle men group were active in all the dealings.in the helpless condition, we the residents of the said flat unable to use our all every day electrical s equipment and have to pay commercial rate every month. Kindly esquire the matter and book the wrong doers for the sake of justice.

I have Lodge an application for electric Pole shifting on dt. 17/12/2018 to the my WBSEDCL Customer Care Kadambagachi. The pole is still my residence entrance gate. I am so many time to visit the office for shift pole. But employee of their not to take any step & they also harass me.

Repetitive prayer was given to the office (Muragacha electric supply, muragacha cc), but nothing has been done yet to solve the problem. Due to this intentional negligence from wbsedcl we are facing problems despite paying the bill on time. Electronic gadgets in our household are getting effected time and again. We hope wbsedcl will act like a professional agency who are bound to serve its customer...

I would like to inform you that water dripping out of of the main electric box. The rainwater is coming trough pipe which is used to cover the cable. And hence its very dangerous condition, so its my humble request to take the necessary steps as soon as possible.

During the last bill period we were out of town for 1 month but still the bill came more than the previous year billing month. Now the current bill has come rs 10000. I tried to complain through the wbsedcl portal but the complain was closed without any enquiry. Docket number was 24548287. There is no response from wbsedcl. They never do. Please help

After complaining several time to local electric (Jetia electric office) office they are not taking any steps against it.
We are complaining to engineer of local electric office but he also didn't take any steps.
Voltage drops into 180v to 150v nothing working in this voltage range. Pls do a vital step to resolve it.

I paid my electricity bill via online payment mode using credit card (Consumer no.[protected] of amount ₹390 for aug 2019 to oct 2019. But the same amount is deducted from my bank twice... My invoice number is[protected]...

During first attempt it showed transaction failed.. So i tried to pay once more and it was successful... But now i am seeing the amount is deducted from my account twice...

Please arrange for refund as soon as possible... For this help i will be ever grateful

Sir, in the sonarpur area under sonarpir electric supply, there is a constant problem of low voltage, voltage being below 100 volt during the peak hours and most of the time it is around 100-120 volts. When complained to the section engineer against thus he said he couldn't do anything in solving the problem. According to him they need transformers for every 10-15 consumers. There is some serious inactivity on the part of sonarpur electric supply. Thank you
