Dear sir,
I am an anonymous person unwilling to disclose my identity for some security reasons. I want a strict legal action be taken by the officers of west bengal state electricity distribution company limited against mr. Gabindra de, (Residing at vill p. O-keunta, dist-burdwan, p. S-madhabdihi, pin-713423, keunta purba para, near rathtala, west bengal) for theft of electricity from his neighboring connections. He does something with the wires (Connecting to his neighbors' meters) at the night near the electricity meter box, and in the early morning also, he does something there (For detaching his connection from others' meters) on a regular basis. There is sufficient visual proof so am complaining. Its been years now. He has one tv, four fans and basically changed to electric riska (Toto) all standard modern electrical appliances that other people like us generally have. Bur still, during summers, when our bill for a 3 month period amounts to nearly 800-1000, his bill remains stagnant at rs.300-400 (Max). I ask your authority to vigil the matter and visit all of a sudden at the wee hours of night for getting the proof. This is simply unbearable to see a person paying such low bill amount continuously for years with his increased number of appliances against the surging high bill amounts of others who use less no. Of appliances for a lesser time, still ending up paying thousands of rupees. Such people must be punished.

The electric meter of my house was damaged from december 2016 and i have complain several time from january 2017 till date regarding meter issue but no result get till date and 6 times received bill as average of last year bill. I went to the office, they assured me of coming to the new meter after one year.. But it has not been a meter yet.
It's my request, pls give me a new meter in next month...

Please solve my problem which is one year ago electric pole was shifted in my land with out my concern about this subject matter. When i complained to the divisional manager and regional manager regarding the above mentioned subject then they are not able to get solutions. Because then already who do this job, he was going to the court for cases. Now my one year time was passed away. District office are unable to attend the solution. Yet i am a very common person and my homeland was wasted, so i am helpless. Please help me sir. My land in sahidmatangini block office. Purba medinipur. Tamluk. Mouza. Panchberia. Jl no.17. I am the resisdent of 4th mile tashiding kalimpong. There has been no electricity since three days due to power cuts. We have complaints to the electricity board but there has been no response. Though there is electricity in the town, no action is taken to repair the damage that has stopped the supply. I wolud highly obliged if you look in to the matter and provide us with immediate help.

Garhbeta dist paschim medinipur, pin-721253 sir mera village me pura ke pura electric chori ke use karte h, sabke pas meter h lekin miter ke koi use nahi karte h, har ghar pe hitar use karte chori electric se, or jo chori ki electric use nahi karte unhe badi problems hote he. Sir chahe woo public ho yaa koi political neta sab ke sab sir hum sab kuch log h jo mana karte to hamari bat koi nahi sunte h sir me chahta aap ke power he to app kuch kar sakte.. Nahi to problems or jada ho sakte h, or plz plz plz sir iesme mera name nahi ani chahiye nahi to sir mara waha family problem ho sakte h... Plz plz

Please take necessary action as soon as possible to fix the current supply problem. As we already informed the company regarding our problem, still there is no improvement.in our area there are 2 baby and they are unable to take too much humidity weather. We informed the wbsedcl company regarding such weird condition. But they are inhuman. They also avoid their work by telling that we are working. From yesterday they are telling us the same, but no improvement.

Ravi shankar prasad, s/o late jamuna prasad jalaj (Residing at ramkishan dangal near ganda pool, dhadka, asansol-713302, west bengal) for theft of electricity from his connections. He does something with the wires (Connecting to his meters: tamper the meter). There is sufficient visual proof so i am complaining. He tempered the meter with the help of his local electrician. His electrician knows how to temper the meter to get low readings. He collects the information when the government electrician will come to generate the bill from meter reading and then he normalize the meter. He was tampering with old meter and now tampering with the new electronic meter. It’s been more than 10 years now. He has 40” led television sets and all standard modern electrical appliances that other people like us generally have (Refrigerator, kitchen chimney, kent water filter, inverter, 8x ceiling fan and 1 stand fan, 1 x induction heater, 1 x electric coil heater, geyser, 14 bulbs, mixer grinder and many other things). But still, during summers, when our bill for a 3 month period amounts to nearly[protected], his bill remains stagnant at rs.800-1000 despite running the appliances for throughout the night and day as we use. I ask your authority to vigil the matter and visit all of a sudden at the wee hours of night for getting the proof. 2. Same type of power failure which is out of 3 phases one/ two phase becomes uncooperative at least 2 times a week happening since last one month.
3. Trying to lodge the complaint over toll - free numbers but last 10 days not a single numbers are operative.

4. Want to know which one is the right toll free number for me to lodge the complaint.

5. Khalisani office number the team lift the numbers and immediately they make the line inoperative as they need to work if they listen to the complaint.
6. Why the company is failing to the rectify the same complaint?
7. Every year i pay more huge money but at the cost of negative satisfaction.
8. Let me know how to reach the chief engineer by mail/ phone.

Dear sir/madam

My name is sumit rudra and i stay at ah 178, sector ii, salt lake. Today (12th june, 2018) a service team came from wbsedcl office to cut our power since the bill was not paid. We agree that we missed to pay the bill, however when they came neither i (Owner) was there nor any active senior member was there in the house. My daughter asked the person that she would talk to a senior person in the family and know about the matter. The events were as follows -
A) without showing any id proof they just cut the power.
B) i was out of city and was travelling. When my wife tried to talk to them over phone, after my daughter somehow could connect, they were not at all agreeing to tell what's the procedure to restore power and behaved very rudely.
C) we were constantly saying that we have somehow missed payment and immediately paying. We also requested for the procedure to follow. No information came from service team and they left as soon as possible.
D) surprisingly i didn't receive any alert or any notification that my power is going to be cut. Not sure may be this is the procedure. But we are not defaulters and in case payment is not done due to some reason is it not expected that i get an alert, where my phone number is registered and i am also a registered used in portal.
E) my father late mr. Sanjib kumar rudra is a retired chief engineer from wbseb and my mother gets pension from the organization. Is this behavior expected from an organization from where my father retired?

When neither i nor my wife were there and we tried to get information about the procedure shouldn't we expect the proper information from the service team? It would be helpful if the authority helps us where the procedures are informed in the portal to the citizens in case payment is defaulted and what's the next step to restore it.

Power cut hour after hour, frequently power off only one phase in our location and mainly at night time of rest it happend routine basis. Please take some effective steps against this unnesssary powercut so that we may getting relief from such disgusting and painful daily schedule...

It is with utmost grief to inform you regarding to worthless power supply service is provided by santragachi unit under wbsedcl in our locality (Dharsa panchanantala). Power cut hour after hour, frequently power off and on in a fraction of seconds, voltage fluctuations are the daily schedule of whole day long.
Under this circumstances, please take some effective steps against this bougus & bull sheet distribution unit so that we may getting relief from such disgusting and painful daily schedule.

This is bimal kumar dey, consumer no:[protected] of west bengal state electricity board, resident of rishra, morepukur, hooghly. Every evening and night we are facing power cuts here for 2-6 hours. When we try to reach wbsedcl office over phone, it got unresponded. Even docket no facilities is working.

Could you please take step to solve this problem asap? It's almost intolerable in this summer.. We have been suffering everyday due to this.

One thing to notice, while we are facing this much power cut, our neighbour society bakultola doesn't have this power cuts or having a very few. Could you please investigate and solve this problems?

Sir,
I registered on www.wbsedcl.in portal but now I can not login the portal by giving correct credentials and getting an exception. I have called many times to the wbsedcl helpline (19121) but after receiving they are calling off. I mailed to [protected]@wbsedcl.in department with providing proper print screen three months before but they are so irresponsible that they have not resolve the issue yet. For this reason I can not login the portal. Now I need to make online payment for last three month electricity bills but due to this problem I can not make payment online.
Please resolve the issue asap so that I can make online payment easily, it is highly important.

I am a resident of 81/b jaihind pally, barrackpore, kol-122. Few days before we had power cuts in our area for 8-10 hours (For 3-4 days) because electricity people were working on changing wires. That's okay that they were working as per orders but they created a mess here. The phone and cable wires were hanging in front of the gates. They straight away refused to fix that. What a pathetic service. After that, we are having regular power cuts in our area where it was not the case before. I understand there is so much of electricity consumption in summers and power cut for 1-2 hours is acceptable at a proper time. But the power cust is happening in late night after 11.30 pm which is strange. Yesterday there was no power for the entire night. It came for 10 mins and again gone off. It happened multiple times. The weather was also all good. This is really frustrating and not acceptable. If they cut the power for 1 hour in the morning and then again 1 hour in the evening makes all sense. Please look into this matter as we have children and elderly people at home and we would also like to know the genuine reasons of these power cuts because it is not acceptable in any circumstances.

I am a resident of jaigaon pin-736182.
The power cuts here prolong for entire day while the neighborhood (Phuentsholing - bhutan) illuminates every second for the entire year.
Maybe the electricity is being diverted to mills and factories.
Jaigaon is the tourism and business hub of india and an electricity less jaigaon means huge losses.
Look into the matter asap

Wbsedcl se payment kiya. On25/5/2018. Through online inb/[protected]/paytm mobile solutions pvt. But electric office bol raha hai ki bill avi payment nehi hua. When axis bank account se rs 719.35 debit ho gaya. Original electric bill tha rs. 716.97. I have a axis debite card, i want to made this payment through my debit card but for two times wrong pin no. Dene se card block hua. Fir paytm solution pvt ka option mila. Then i have done this payment success. Axis bank se vi massage mila but mujhe avi tak receipt voucher mila nehi, or bank me amount bapas nehi aya. Plz help me.

My name kazi afsar ali, i have submit application from for new home connection belongs at uttar hirapur, hirapur, uluberia howrah, 711315, wb. I also visited local electric office (Uluberia) approx 10 times. But nobody clear any status on processing for connectivity. I am waiting for long time from but more than 4 month gone no changes situation. I don't understand that what the problem between this stage for electric connectivity?

I would like to request you that please resolute the problem...

Current impact:-
1. My mother & wife both will be high pressure (Hypertension)..
2. Weather not at all favorable temperature...

My consumer id is :[protected]. For the last 2 days, there has been frequent power cut and even if power is there, voltage is so minimal that you can't turn your fan on. We called the customer care services provider several times, but wbsedcl, they don't bother to even take the call up. We even called our collection office which is mosat customer care center with collector code : [protected]. Please resolve this issue asap as there are patients in my home who are more than 80years old.

Sir my home voltage like below approx 135 every day, for this reason light, fan and others electrical appliance not working properly and take a high apms or destroyed the materials for low voltage. Sir i already complained 9 may 2018 11:19 pm (Docket no[protected] but still now no body come and resolved the problem for voltage related problem.
Sir i request to you pl take prompt action and resolve the problem.
