The whole electric wire has been disconnected from the electric pillar by storm long days ago and inspire of giving information it is not resolved.

The voltage is fluctuating in our area since today's morning and till the evening it is not resolved inspite of lodging complain for it. Even there is no whisper about the lodged complain.

Hi I am a coustomer at wbsedcl nabadwip branch . There are some applications for load enhancement request made by mistakenly with the wbsedcl app. I tried to cancel my application by visiting wbsedcl office but they deny to cancel the application and they are telling I have to pay money for load enhancement and I don't want to do load enhancement.

My residential electricity was disconnected today forcefully with threats. However, there is no written notice/intimidation for the same in my email or by post. The details are -

We do pay our bills regularly (which can be verified by our payment history), last dues are skipped by mistake. But, this harassment of the genuine customer is unacceptable, and demands for proper compensation.

I applied load enhancement on 17/4/22 from WBSEDCL website & submit hard copy application form, quotation form & payment receipt on rampurhat wbsedcl office bt after 3 months my load enhancement is not done from WBSEDCL end.. Quotation due date 16/7/22

We, the following consumers of electricity belonging to the Village Dhakaibasti, Notunhaat fulbari, beg to inform you that there is frequent failure of electricity for hours and continue Low voltage power supply together in our Village. We have been complaining it since a year but there is no result. It fails regularly in the alternate single day. If at all it is supplied, low voltage does not permit our fans Fridge CFL bulb and others appliences to operate. It puts us into great difficulties. The children who are going to face their examination the next week are the first victims. Due to low voltage, not able to operate any daily regular basic appliences, it also causes troubles for the all.

We, therefore, request you to kindly take early steps to check this problem. We shall be grateful to you for such help.

I am Sri Arpan Singha owner of the holding 84/75A Word No 1, Bagmore PO : Kanchrapara Dist : 24 PGS ( N) Pin 743145 applied for a commercial load of 160KV ( PO NO: [protected], Project ID : FDS/160/22/00041, Memo Number : [protected]/Quot/03 ) for my holding premises and paid the Rs. 5, 85, 857 on 27 May .
After the above huge payment on time, unfortunately my struggle start there itself ; I am surpized to see the kind of behavior and communication received from local electric office, Distric office, regional office everyone is tying to avoid the responsibility and pushing ball to each other court and not giving any assurance or timeline for delivering the Transformar . i AM FRUSTRATED AND SURPRIZE WITH THE LEVEL O[censored]NPROFESSIONALISM AND CASUAL BEHAVIOR OF THE OFFICE STUFF .
Currently my property possession already taken by renowned brand Reliance Jewell and they are unable to open the store due to power confirmation, this is extemly impacting our reputation and everyone is suffering due to unnecessary, unwanted struggle .
I am requesting your kind help to escalate this case and help getting the Transformer install with immediate effect please .

Yesterday I made a payment worth 3015 in Wbsedcl via bil desk. payment has been deducted from my account but I couldn’t not receive anything as well as bil amount is still showing as the same

Electrical contractor arranged a electric post
In my own area... That time we're talk to the site engeener they told us that they'll talk to upper department . So they stopped the work. After six month they are wiring to the post and arrange a 11000 transforma in this place without informing.
Then when we talk to them they told me that this is PWD area... But this is not.

I had been paid my electricity bill payment of Rs. 3556 to west Bengal Electricity (WBSEDCL) on 02 sep.2022. on behalf of consumer ID[protected].
It shows Successfully Paid. Amount already deducted my Bank Account Same day. My payment successful reference ID is PU012245TX3MJCYZ6669. But today is 05.09.2022 payment amount Rs 3556 not credited to my WBSEDCL account till time now. My electricity bill due date is 06.09.2022. If the amount not credited my account late fees will be applicable. what can I do Now. No Phone No. will be available ay your site.

I have done 2 (two) Transactions from Uco Bank Debit Card in favour of WBSEDCL for Online Electric Bill Payment through Debit Card ending 0472 Vide Bank Transaction Id No : RECOM/PRCR/[protected] on dated. 30.08.2022 at 08:19 PM amounting to Rs. 3, 742.00 and another Transaction Id No : RECOM/PRCR/[protected] on dated. 30.08.2022 at 08:26 PM amounting to Rs. 3, 742.00 ( Both Amount Deducted from my account ). Both Transactions was failed ( unsuccessful ) and till today ( 04.09.2022 ) the amount is not refunded to my account.

Now, I request you to solve this problem as soon as possible. So that, I can give my electricity Bill within due date.

My consumer id is[protected] and name is Tirthendu Santra. My meter running fast and unit consumed very high as load. I all ready informed to office but they are not ready to solve it. Last reading 1370 unit on 24/08/2022 and today's reading is 1447 units. More about consumed 11 units per day which is very wrong as per load in our house.

Every day afternoon voltage started fluctuate and it's effect show till now my computer automatically shutdown and our refrigerator not get sufficient cooling light are blinking and so on we faces till now

Too many unplanned power cuts in my area, baguiati Jora Mandir. Not sure how they can provide such a pathetic service in kolkata. Absolutely rude behaviour of staffs, don't pick calls. Customers suffer because of them.

My consumer ID is[protected], and we have no power in my location for 4days counting today.we have numerously called the electricity department but they fail to provide us any help and provide various reasons for delay service, not only that they have even switched off the phone or pretended to have network failure.we have become helpless.moreover my hometown is a remote area with scattered demographics hence, no power can increase the risk of theft, accidents or other mis happening.

We live in Adarsha nagar, Khurigachi, Sonarpur-700150. We have power cut several times for the same type of issues and every time whenever we call them, they were pick 1 times out of 100 times and if they receive the call then they say our team will come and which is a false statement and if we checked our complaint status with the docket number then it will show status ‘’complete’’. Without doing anything, they change the status to completed. For the same type of issue they are not doing anything, we have to repair the issue from other electician. Request you to please look into this serious matter otherwise they will always disobey their duties.

There is no electricity from the evening of August 18 to the morning of August 19. A sick person and a newborn baby have arrived at home, so I and my neighbors have to face heavy problems due to the lack of electricity every day Night, please solve the problem,

My consumer ID is[protected]. I have paid my monthly electricity bill of July (Rs. 8617.00/-) on 31/7/22 to WBSEDCL Billdesk through paytm. Same amount has been deducted from my bank account, but it showing unsuccessful. Please help me. I'm attaching paytm payment receipt's screenshot below.

In front of my shop, the electric board department has started transformer installation. I would like to object to this installation as it will cover my shop and also it will be very dangerous for customers as it's just in front of my shop.

I am currently outside of India and shops are not open but it will open soon. Already one transformer on the pole is present in front of my shop but now as a part o[censored]nderground work, the department is installing another transformer which will cover my shop completely. With this installation my shop will no longer be usable for business or any other purposes.

I have no electricity from yesterday, I have complaint so many time but the workers closed it as resolve my complaint, but they are not solved it even they did not contact with me.
