I am a customer of your company. My consumer id & installation no. Are[protected] & 12292323 respectively.in my bill adress pin of po - nawabganj is 743127 which is wrongly displays. Actually pin of po-nawabganj will be 743144. I had done a online complaint on 20/02/2018. The docket no. Is 13881527. But the attendant could not resolve it. Please rectify it.

    I am a bonified concumer under wbsedcl (West bengal state electricity distribution corporation limited), office location amlagora, dist paschim medinipur. I have two consumer ids[protected]Domestic) and[protected]Agriculture). This is for your kind information that i do receive monthly electricity bill according to my consumption and domestic bill (1) stands below rs. 500.00 (Five hundred) since last couple of years and (2) agriculture bill comes below rs. 1000.00 (One thousand) since last one year. While receiving the last month bill from both consumer ids, i became surprised to see that (1) domestic bill is rs. 17114 (Seventeen thousand one hundred and fourteen), invoice number[protected] and (2) agriculture bill is rs. 17335 (Seventeen thousand three hundred and thirty five), invoice number[protected]. Both (1) and (2) bill attached. There was another surprise that the (2) agriculture system (Consumer id[protected] is not working since last 2 months due to low power supply and getting the bill meanwhile (Made a complain against this to wbsedcl with docket number[protected]. I tried to find out the reason and came to know that this is because of incorrect meter reading by the office representative since couple of years and entire thing was hidden to me. Which is completely unacceptable from an office like wbsedcl. If i would have receive actual bill as per correct meter reading it could be manageable to me to bear the cost. The purpose of writing this complaint is to investigate the matter and award a proper punishment against this kind of casual jobs done by wbsedcl for a commonman like us. Hope i will get justice. Thanks.

      Application no: [protected], applicant name : anup dey, application type: new connection (Brgf), supply office: joypur ccc (Midnapore), receipt no:[protected], date: 02.06.2016, collector code: [protected]. Dear sir, i applied ~1.5 years ago to get a new connection. I completed all payments whatever required. But people are delaying to supply meter and service. I went to the local office ~15 times. Every time they said there is some problems, either meter or survive is not there. So what is the solution of that problem.

        My name is sukumar sinha my consumer id-,[protected]
        Residence of kanksa monojpolly, po-kanksa, dist-paschim burdwan pin-713148.
        I have lodged a complaint against my defective meter on 05/01/2018, but since today it is more than one month no steps have been taken to look after thos issue, this is not my single problem we arr dealing there are many more people suffering from this delay, we have to give the unnecessary bill of last year as per the rules, is this any kind of joke without using the current day electricity you are charging what we have used earlier this is not justified. Whenever i go to the wbsedcl office they say that we dont have new meters you have to wait, they dont tell that how much we have to wait, is this the service you are providing to us. This is very hight time now and i am urging to you as please make suitable arrangements and take some measures to correct it soon.

                I had applied for new electricity connection for my recently purchased house in uniworld city, action area-iii, newtown kolkata, but wbsedcl has informed that due to unavailability of post paid meter the connection will take two months.

                I am living with my family in rented house and the owner is pressuring us to empty the house asap.

                  I m not get payament recipt till now when i pay bill of feb. But i got msg that is"dear consumer (Id:[protected], thank you for making payment of rs.558.22 vide txn id lhmp[protected] dated 21/01/2018 regards, wbsedcl."when i click on download recipt then it shows "payment receipt can not generated jawa error found" so plse take care for this issue.

                    There are 5 bills i have which i paid by billdesk.. But i can't download the payment reciept from billdesk... The amount cut from my bank account. Please solve the problem or refund to my bank account... Do something that i can download payment reciept.in case there will be successfully paid the bill and i can download the payment reciept or refund to my bank account.

                      I have made a quotation payment (Application no. [protected], for new connection) of 2nd december 2017 for 4917/- via billdesk payment gateway, for wbsedcl. Amount got debited from my bank account but still showing payment remains in pending stage in wbsedcl portal. I contacted wbsedcl, but companies responding that payment is pending..

                      Wbsedcl (Siliguri power house ccc) informed that the said payment has not been received wbsedcl system, amount not shown in wbsedcl account.

                      I have paid my quotation amount for new connection on 02.12.17 through billdesk payment gateway, for wbsedcl. But still payment is not showing in portal.

                      Sir,

                      I have made a Quotation payment (Application NO. [protected], for new connection) of 2nd December 2017 for 4917/- via BILLDESK payment gateway, for WBSEDCL. Amount got debited from my bank account but still showing payment remains in pending stage in WBSEDCL portal . I contacted BILL DESK and BANK, both companies responding that transaction was successful .

                      On Pay Invoice / bill No. [protected] on 2nd December 2017. Payment was deducted from my bank account and a e -payment successful confirmation mail message is received from WBSEDCL (portal.[protected]@wbsedcl.in) on 02.12.17.

                      But SILIGURI Power house CCC informed that the said payment has not been updated to WBSEDCL system, Amount not shown in account. So, they are unable to start my connection.

                      I have paid my Quotation amount for new connection on 02.12.17 but still payment is not showing in portal.

                      Please find my below details & kindly do the needful

                        My electric consumer id :[protected]. Since last one year, bills are not being issued by talpukur customer center center, muktapukur barrackpore regularly on quarterly basis. They sometimes issued bills but the same were prepared on the basis of estimated reading, which are absolutely wrong.
                        I approached them several times personally as well as telephonically and lastly by sending letters to them through speed post. But no fruitful action was taken up to a considerable time for more than 08 months.
                        Ultimately on 18 th october 2017, they replaced the defective energy meter with another one.
                        Now, the officials of above office came to record the meter reading for the period from january to march 2018 for preparation and issuing bills. But they told the care taker (Watchman) of our apartment (Shyamnilaya, 45/a/6, old calcutta road, daspara barrackpore, po - talpukur, dist - north 24 parganas, kolkata-700123) that the meter replaced recently on 18th october last year is also defective. Hence they could not record meter reading. As such, bill for the above period has not yet been received.
                        In view of the above, it is clearly revealed that i have been suffering from the above problem since last one year.
                        Please do the needful to replace the defective energy meter with a serviceable/new one at the earliest so that the long outstanding issue can be closed and the ensuing bills can also be received with correct amount against the units of electricity actually consumed by me.
                        An early action in this regard is requested.

                          I am not able to login as consumer in www.wbsedcl.in with my login credential. When i am giving credential, its always navigating to only one page with error message: "no portal roles are assigned for this user. If this problem persists, contact your system administrator."

                          I tried to contact the 24x7 helpline of this company. But they are not able to solve the problem.

                          I need to pay my bills immediately...

                          In morning time red light of meter blink very fast where the main switch is on/off its continually blink. I complainted many time, but representative just visit and go, they can't do any thing for rectified the problem. Last one year i am trying to convince, but they did not try to resolve my problem last six months i supposed to paid rs. 18000.00, i belong to a lower middle class family. How can i manage this huge amount every time i request please change the meter and give some refund/ compensation for the same.. Mob [protected]

                            Meter is defective since long time ago. Complaint lodged several times by telephonic conversation, personal approaches at talpukur ccc located at muktapukur, old calcutta road barrackpore, kolkata - 700123, by sending letters through speed post since. Feb 2917 for replacement of defective meter with a new one. But no +ve response was received. Lastly, on 18th october 2017, meter replaced with another one.                             It clearly shows that i have been suffering from the problem since last one year. The bills which were sent to me for making payment, were prepared on estimated meter reading and those were incorrect as not. Prepared considering the exact consumption of electricity.
                            The defective energy meter requires immediate replacement.

                              Energy meter defective since long time back. After several approaches, on 18 th october 2017, meter was replaced with another one. But the same is also defective as per opinion of wbsedcl official, who came to record meter reading for the period from january to march 2018. Meter requires immediate replacement as bills are sometimes issued but that prepared after taking assessed /estimated meter reading. My consumer id :[protected] under talpukur ccc.

                                I have received electricity bill of amount rs.36253.00, where this meter is found to be faulty since last 8 months.

                                I am a customer (Id.[protected] under wbsedcl, krishnagar, nadia, paid my bill of rs.3410.51 of the month january 2018 through vidyut sahoyogi app via axis bank net banking on 5.12.2018. The transaction was unsuccessful, but the said amount has been deducted from my bank a/c. The bill later paid on 9.12.17.
                                Time and again, i mailed the crm cell and talk to officers in wbsedcl krishnagar office, send bank a/c details, lodged complain in docket no. 13148165 on 8.12.17.
                                But the amount has not been credited back in my a/c. Kindly do the needful so that the amount is credited to my a/c as early as possible.

                                  I have a commercial consumer id[protected]. We complained against no electric supply to the submersible linked to this consumer id. Every time we contact office to follow up the status they generate a docket number. We have 3 docket numbers 13063093, 13119972 and 13137620 between 29/11/2017 and 07/12/2017 but the problem not solved. Submersible is used to supply water for irrigation into approx. 3.5 acres at the moment which is badly impacted. Please do something to restore electric supply asap.
