I am the resident of nigan station, mangolkote, burdwan, writing you to bring your kind attention to the serious electricity problems in our area.
The problems are explained below.

1. Extreme low voltage.

2. Too much voltage fluctuations every day & night, which may damage our costly electrical instruments.

3.in the nighttime, problem is even worst, there is often too...

Not able to live like this. Everyday face the same situation. No sufficient power between 4pm to morning. Several times informed in local electrical officials. But lathergic approach. Need immediate attention and resolution. Please look into it. Hope to get the revert asap

Today we received a bill for the next 3 months amounting to 7600 inr. On what basis was the meter reading done? A person named dilip das claimed that today he came & did a meter reading & today itself he sent us a bill amounting 2600/- per month. On what basis is this bill or unit reading done? The maximum amount we have paid using ac since the last two years was 1800 inr per month. How can we be not sure that this man manipulated our meter...

I am a resident of gouripore, near naihati, 24 parganas both.

I want to bring to light that we receive 3 month's bill at one time.

However, these bills are advance bills. So today i received a bill for the months of september, october and november.

Now the reading of september or august has been assumed to be the reading for the next two months. So i have to pay more money for the coming 2 months,...

I am a registered consumer (Consumer no.[protected] and i used to pay bill online (Through net banking). This time i am trying to make the payment since 26th instant. But unfortunately i could not reach the second step. I am a senior citizen and can't go to the office to stand in a long line. If i do not use the "online payment" procedure, i will the benefit of it. Please solve the problem as soon as possible and oblige....

While i was trying to pay my bill for 3 months together amounting rs 3967.40 (After1% rebate as allowed), though the total bill amount is rs 4015, on 29.08.17, the payment of rs 3972.12 was debitted from my state bank of india account maintained at mahamayatsla branch

As a responsible citizen i inform you that here in bhabta mandalpara. Pin -742134. Many people's are doing hooking (Theft) direct from electric line therefore everyday we face electricity problem. So please raid in bhabta mandalpara. For stopped electricity theft.

Under the circumstances i would request you kindly take necessary (Legal) steps.

We have submitted our application at supply office : rahara ccc dated 2/3/2017, memo no.[protected]/app_rect/01. We have been following since then but no reply from local office and from bidyut bhawan. Would request you to give us some soulution....

From 5 mnts i face problem of low voltage. I several time phone for call doct and i get the solution as temporary. Next time i face same problem. Even i went chakdaha ccc and they told the problem will not happen again. I doing job in brp ccc and i am surprised that my home face such problem. Even on calling zm ccc nobody to take phone.

A very big banyan tree has spreaded its branches on the transformer installed in our flat complex. This is very risky and cause any sort of accident. Though it was informed earlier, but work has not been done. You are once again requested to remove the tree before it can cause any damage.

A 25 kv transformer replacing order passed at 01.08.2017 but the local contractor wants extra money from consumers... We inform this to local wbsedcl station manager.. But he dont take any step against this contractor... We are helpless... We complain this in wbsedcl portal (Complan docket no[protected]... I have submitted online load enhancement quotatoin on 03/11/2015 and validity was upto 01/02/2016 (application no [protected]). But due to some domestic mishap I could not deposit the amount within time. I was told to submit application for cancellation. As per advice Garia CCC), I submited the app on 26/04/2017 getting assurance that application will be cancelled within 2 momths. But the issue is still UNRESOLVED....
