I am a consumer (Id[protected] of your company. Transfoma damaged due to storm at our locality. This transforma located at kanpur near birsa munda smrity siksha niketan nursery school. Villagers (No. Of customar-54) lodged doct but not responding keshiary - ccc or belda-ccc electric office. Near about six-day, we are without fan & light in this hot weather.in this situation, i lodged e-complain (No.[protected] and write to you.

We are getting abrupt increase in our electricity bill since our electricity equipment was changed.

We are paying approx 4000 per month earlier with the same load it used to be 1000 per month.

We are in deep trouble affording this abrupt increase in the bills.

Filed a complaint to the department but no serious action was taken by the authority nor the society electrician is helping us out.

Please help us out with complete meter and load test or with no options left we will have to file a case of fraud on the company.

I deposited security deposit of rs 3456 (Receipt no[protected] dt 28.06.2016) & service connection charge rs 2800 (Receipt no [protected] dt 28.06.2016) for implementation of load enhancement in the premises of debayan hazra (Consumer id[protected] at chhoto dabcha. Unfortunately no effort was taken till date though ten months passed after the deposit. Now i would request to expedile the matter so as i be able to have the benefit of loas enhancement

I failed to make online payment of electricity bill for April'2017-June'2017 quarter due to system failure as the Bill Desk Payment Gate did not open despite my repeated efforts for the same. We stay in nabagram, Hooghly, pin 712246..everyday no power started here in nabagram hooghly from morning & it runs through the whole day in here and in whole bengal too. And some ministers says a big lie that the power now excess in bengal. Their lie exposed now to the whole bengal people. My name is arun kumar paul s/o dilip kumar paul, we had submitted a rti against wbsedcl about high tension wire of 11kva at our private land since 30 years, several times they said it will removed but till now not removed. About thousands of people living below that high tension wire but they not care o[censored]s life. I am also applied for rti but they didn't reply.
Please help us to removing high tension wire. Any time any big accident...

Failed to make online payment of electricity bill due system failure of your Online Payment Gateway. Your Payment Gateway failed to open after selecting payment through Billdesk and as such failed to proceed further for payment through Debit/Credit Card/Netbanking, as applicable. Sir i am out of kolkata since 13th aprill 2016 and gave written information to assistent manager office near loke nath mandir at rajarhat road teghoria 700059 and since than flat is locked because my wife suffered brain stroke and was admitted to paras hospital for 3 months and still under treatment. We both are at gurgaon since than. Ihad requested office to bill for minimum charge but last bill was for rs 1818/-. I had written to assistent manager for credit balance amount to my a/c for next billing but i have not received any message for this affect. Reminding and requesting you to look about my case.

I was given a new connection in my residence at amarpur, chinsura, sugandhya, hooghly on[protected]. But surprisingly when i received my first bill, dated[protected] from wbsedcl i’ve seen that by mistake my connection was enlisted on the bill as a rural - commercial a (Cm-r) and charged accordingly in commercial rates. Though already i had paid the amount (Rs.370 for 25 units) on[protected] but i astonished how it may be. I also paid installation...

I'm staying as a tenant in my Parents house. I applied for a separate meter (Electricity Connection) in my name. But, it was declined saying my father is already holding one.

I submitted my response corresponding to the Electricity department's rejection letter. Since then, I've visited them thrice and the lady/Station Master sitting there always says, we will come for inspection but they never shows up.

His and mine residential status are the same.
When I asked the Electricity department people (Lady), they said, Orders came from upper Department.

This is a case of norms violation and favoritism.

I need to pay the electric bill online asap, the wbscdecl site is done for last 15 - 20 days. I had been paying the bill online for a few years but now, this website is having problems on and off. And since last week it is completely down.

Several complaints on the facebook page, personal message, nothing worked. They dont bother to respond. Pls help!!

Can u pls tell me how to pay the bil immediately via online. I donot stay in india so there is no way i can go to the counter and pay. My last dats is approaching, pls respond immediately!

A sincere request to the head to keep proper brought up people who knows how to talk properly to customers and not talk rubbish in an impolite and disrespectful way by just cutting the call while the customer is talking.
There's no current since last afternoon as its gonna be 24 hours soon... Hell now no one's even receiving our call.
Please keep some understanding and polite people be it a government job or anything they should know the way to talk!

Trying to get a duplicate bill and want to do the due payments but for few past week the web page is not opening, My internet connection is good and able to open other sites without any issue.

Whenever I try to access www.wbsedcl.in I got page can't be displayed see attached. I tried to access on different time and different machines got the same result. as well as the android app also not loading.

This is to inform you that i am nilmoni nandi a consumer of anandapuri customer care service (Collector code [protected]), yesterday at 12.18 pm your service men came to my house and said to my neighbor to inform me that my connection will be discontinued because of due bill amount if do not pay within 12.30 pm. That time i was in out of station so that i could not abled to pay. As a result they have disconnected my service.

Just few minutes back i went to your grahok sena kendra anandapuri, incharge said me that due to non payment ofrs100 fine they are not at all bound to give reconnection as a telephonic instruction of mr k barman, i will have to wait for tuesday. Low voltage since this morning. Its summer season and in this situation its very tough to live. And this type of sutuation is coming very frequently i had called to wbscdcl many times but maximum time they didnt receive our call. We need a early resolution here as its impacting our daily live.

I am getting very high bill since last 6 months. In this month I got bill of 1069 unit and 324 for previous quarter. I have my domestic connection for about 15 years and I have never seen this type of huge bill earlier. I have not increased loads by any means rather I have stopped using some electric appliances. You can check my consumption history. I gave a written complaint to the local office on 18-JAN-2017 and also spoke to the local station manager, Mr. Soumit Majhi. He told me that high bill came because no. o[censored]nit(KWH) was increased to adjust earlier due. He told me also that this adjustment was done by the meter itself and he can’t do anything. Though he could not clarify the earlier due particularly. I paid all the earlier bills on time. You can check my records. My doubt is how the meter can adjust itself to incorporate the earlier due. The adjustment details is no where mentioned in the bill.
I am a retired person and can't visit offices in person again and again. I tried to contact regional grievance officer but no luck. Please help me to solve this serious problem at the earliest.

Bill for February, March, April 2017 was only Rs 1672. But for May, June, July, The bill has jumped to around 23000.

Despite the use of same equipment in the house, how can the bill be so high??
There is an issue in the meter. I have lodged a complaint in WBSEDCL office in Saltlake near Tank no. 16 on 25 April, 2017. Action is yet to be taken.

I am an anonymous resident of vill - chandipur. P. O - taradaha, p. S - klc. Dist - south 24 pgs. Sir my complain is not anout any particular person. Neither it meant for bringing vengeance. Yet sir 98 percent of my villagers dont have legal electricity connection. They obtain electric by means of hooking. Some of them are poor. Yet some have sufficient means to obtain electricity by way fair and legal. But they dont do so because they dont want to. My request to wbsedl please atleast visit our village and atfirst warn these men in a stern manner and ask them to obtain electricity by means fair and legal. If they don't comply take strict legal action against them. It's is not only you who is loosing money but we the legal users too suffering from these malpractices. Please visit our visit and warn these men at first.
