Request you to pls look into the matter & do the needful as the weather is too much hot.

After 48 hours no power in our area, due to transformers failure. Many times complain local as well as district customers care center but no fruitful results till now. We are very much dissatisfied to customer care services. A simple problem not solved after 2 days. Why do we faith to the organization in summer season.

    No power complaint has been registered to wbsedcl : 7712574 dated 20.04.17 time11:04 am.

    Nobody is attending the above complaint from yesterday. Maintenance vehicle is roaming within 2 km from our home but they didn't attend the complaint after 24 hrs also. I want to know what is the problem / factor is influencing for not attending the registered complaint.

      My Condumer ID is[protected]. The last invoice no.[protected] was last received & payment made through ECS. I have been constantly following for the bill for Jan - March 2017 but the electricity bill is still to be received till date. As I am paying through ECS, I am afraid to miss the rebate for not paying timely. Several occasions tried to contact customer care at Pailan office, as usual no takers. God bless WBSEDCL. Please help to receive electricity bill for timely payments for paying as responsible citizens of the country.

      Last invoice received was for Jan 2017 to March 2017. Bill paid fully through online & acknowledged electronic Receipt.

      Issue: No bill for billing cycle April 2017 to June 2017 RD river so far against consumer ID[protected]. Observed that some of the flat owners of Genexx Valley, Joka, Kolkata 700104 received bills for April - June 2017 period. However, bill for flat no. T32/9C at Genexx not yet received. As payment are being paid online to receive rebate, o am afraid that the delay on receipt of bill from WBSEDCL may result into loss of rebate, forno fault of customers. Please help & resolved quickly to pay the bill. Regards Dipak kundu
      Power cut at least 4 hours and it continuing. Please do something.

        Excessive loadshedding in mothabari, malda...in 24 hour of the day 12 hours power remains cut off, whereas nearby kaliachak area only average 3hrs power remains cut offf. It is bcos kaliachak ss is afraid of kaliachak people who torched the police station in jan2016, and mothabari ss being never prodded by sleeping mla sabina yeasmin, is sleeping all day in his inverter-operated room!!!

            I have lodged a complain against docket no. 745929 of not having power in my house as the electric wire has been disconnected from the pole in front of my house . But till now i.e. 4 p.m. of 05/04/2017 no one has come to the spot. When I called up the Chaitanyapur customer care[protected]today for the status of my complain he was unable to provide the same. He gave the no. of person([protected]) to be contacted. When I called him he pretended like that he did not have any information about my complain. Later he told he is busy in an emergency work. More than 20hrs. has been passed that we are in load shedding. Why not my situation will be considered as a emergency condition. Being disappointed and faded up with the poor service I have again lodged a complain against docket no. 7459973.

              My consumer ID is[protected], I've paid an amount of Rs 1635 online for my electricity bill from the WBSEDCL portal, on 31st March 2017.I've not received any receipt for the same yet.The amount Rs1635 is already debited from my bank account for WBSEDCL, I got the confirmation too from my bank.But when I'm checking the status of the bill it is still unpaid..Plz help regarding this..

                Sir, I m a simple citizen of village-lohapur bazar, post-lohapur, dist-birbhum, pin-731237, i m paying my electric bill regularly, but unfortunately for last 15 days there is very low voltage even only 30 to 50 volt only so there is no drinking water and its create big problems for us.people said that electricity is illegally used in the fields for farming with cut money of some people from electric offices .Sir i expect you should take this matter very seriously and solve the matter as soon as possible.

                My ac-[protected] was debited on 1/4/17 by rs 50679.6; but my bill not paid & still showing outstanding. I have talked to bank; they gave transaction no- ch 58223306 and confirm that transaction completed on their behalf.
                Take care my matter; otherwise we have to file case in consumer court.

                  I just paid my electricity bill through Vidyut Sahayogi app today but when the transaction was complete it showed me error to redirect page but the amount was deducted from my bank account. I paid a total of Rs.2419 via Billdesk while checking out. But the app is showing the bill is pending, though I got the Invoice number:[protected].

So, I want to my nearest office and one of them who is incharge of these matters told me, don't worry this will take 5-7 days to update. So, I am hoping the probelm will solve automatically.

                      Load shedding

                        I am resident of Barakar(Pin 713324).I was working in Delhi from the past 10 years and now i have shifted to BARAKAR with my family(Wife and 1 Daughter).
                        I have 4 brothers and they all have their separate meters of ELECTRICITY.
                        Since I have made my seperate and independent flat, I applied for the electricity and it got rejected as the Manager says " There is no new connection available for consumers"
                        I want to get a new connection so that my family can stay properly .

                        Current Impact:-
                        1.Studies of my Kid
                        2.Weather not at all favourable to stay without FAN.
                        3.Need electricity for water to run Motor.
                        And many more.

We have written complained many times to the Office but nobody care. As I alos an Electrical Engineer, so i think Maximum Load Applied on our Transformer, load increasing day by day as well as it is of Single Phase, so it need to be 3 Phase as early As Possible, Otherwise The Problem Can Not be Solved...No Recovary we have got after repeated complain also...Please note down the Probem and solve our critical situation.

                            This is regarding Consumer ID:[protected]Arun Sardar).
                            For unavoidable circumstances, the bill was not paid and hence they disconnected the connection.
                            We paid the bill on at WESEDCL office, Babla tala, Rajarhat on 10/03/17 and it was promised that the connection will be reconnected in 48 hours as per rules.

                            We called them from 14/03/17 till 17/03/17 and everyday the concerned person used to say, today the line will be given but it never happened till today.

                            I visited the DIC office today and they said that it will be connected today any how. But in the evening when I called the concerned person's number ([protected]), he misbehaved and said he will return the reconnection slip tomorrow at office. This is not at all accepted.

                            How come such misbehaved and uneducated employees still working in WBSEDCL?

                            I need my connection back ASAP.

                                I have applied for a new connection online with the above subject...i have complained 3 times through mail; 15/2/17, 22/2/17 &9/3/17...just after receiving my mail they have send a staff to my house for verification on 23/2/2017 at 9 am...he enquired the matter and he took away the documentary evidence of myself and other three inhabitants who resides separately in the same premises...then he assured us that all my documents are okey ..he said that they will provide connection within two days but no reply has been send from their side...
                                My family is facing a lot of trouble...as we have to go from here and there to know about our connection..
                                You are requested to look into the matter and take nessecery step about this...hope to get a reply from you soon..

                                No bill for the period Dec'16 to Feb'17 has been sent though meter Read on 02/03.03.17, not yet published in website, no mobile message which is usually sent instantly. Please send the bill early so that I can pay in time on line. Most of other residents in my building had already paid on due date.
                                I sent a RTI petition to the SPIO, RE Head Quarter, WBSEDCL, 2nd Floor, D-Block, Vidyut Bhavan, Salt Lake, Kol - 700091 dt. 28.12.2016 and getting no reply I sent a reminder dt. 06.02.2017. But unfortunately, no information I have so far been got.
                                Therefore, I request to supply me the information at an early date.
                                I am paid e-bill through OnlineBillPay in 11/03/2017 12:24 P.M, 97.33/- .
                                But receipt copy had not show that why i can;not print of successful traduction.
                                Then i again paid this 97.33/- Rupees.
                                The problems is here that i paid 2 time for one e-bill .
                                So, my hearty request that please check it and please refund my money.

                                  From yesterday no power in Pailan. From yesterday I called you and also raised complain but they told technisia already worked but now they told that today this problems was not solved, tomorrow morning they solve it.
                                  That mean today we have to stay without electricity. We don't have light, fan, all phones are battery low no water without pump.please do something immediately.
                                  Voltage was fluctuations and othar time current was gone.
                                  You know?
                                  In CESC area power cut was not happened.
                                  But in wbsedcl area electricity was not happened.
                                  In both area bill was same but electricity was not same.
                                  Today if electricity was not come our area was fully dark all phone was switch off.

                                    I have a WBSEDCL connection in my name (Indranil Roy Chowdhury) having consumer id as[protected]. I generally receive the hard copy of electricity bills at my address (i.e. 136, Nabatirtha, Ward No. 9, Kolkata 700129) and the soft copy of electricity bills at my email id (i.e. indranil.[protected]@gmail.com). I pay the bills quarterly using online method once I receive the bills and have done so regularly without any default.

                                    I haven't received any bills either at my home address or my email id for the bill months from February 2017 to April 2017 but someone from WBSEDCL came to my home and threatened to cut off our electricity with immediate effect. After this incident I immediately checked my online account and could see that an invoice having number as[protected] is generated. I have the following questions regarding this whole incident:-

                                    1) How am I supposed to know about the invoice if I do not receive the bills either at my home address or my email id which I have been receiving so far?
                                    2) The bill due date for the invoice is 14-March-2017 then how can a WBSEDCL representative threaten to cut off the power supply today i.e. 7-March-2017 which is before the due date?

                                    We have been using the electricity supply for more than 1.5 years and like any law abiding citizen of India have been paying the bills regularly. My parents were totally in shock and paid the amount in cash then and there without quarelling. I am out of town and my aged parents were embarrassed and insulted in front of the society by WBSEDCL. Is this the way how someone treats senior citizens?

                                    I want to know why the bills was not produced and send to me at my email id. Since I didn't recieve any bills or notofications then how am I guilty of defaulting any payment.

                                    Since I am out of town I want WBSEDCL to apologize to my parents for this incident either calling them at [protected] or personally at our home address else I will have no other option but to escalate this to higher authorities.

                                      WBSEDCL is a cheater it gives bill with written on it avail additional 1℅ rebate by paying online but when someone pays online forget about the rebate it charges more as transaction charge. I called on the toll free number to address the issue without even listening the issue in the middle of conversation I was told to goto office and line was cut....
