I, the undersigned, Ex-Public Prosecutor of Birbhum District from 1992 to 2010 do hereby lodge a complaint against an unknown person who came to my house, situated at Puratan Line para near Moumachi Kali Mandir at Suri town on[protected], Saturday at 1.30 P.M while I and my wife was performing noon Namaj (Prayer) and my son was taking bath in the bathroom, rang the bell. We could not response the bell at once as we were engaged in prayer of Namaj. However, my wife open the door and saw the said unknown person who claimed to check the previous Electric Bills and meters of my house . In the meantime my son came down and my prayer was completed, went to that person and told that this is an odd time as we were engaged in noon time prayer and time of taking lunch. In reply that unknown person told that he can visit my house at any time even at midnight. I became dissatisfied for his such type of reply and suspicion arose in my mind as about 15/20 days ago, two staffs of your office visited my house and checked the meter s of my house of whom one of the person was known to me as Mr. Faisal.

I, therefore, asked the person to show me his identity card but straightly he refused to show the identity card and my son wanted to know his name but he refused to disclose his name and left the place after threatening me for future consequences.
Be it mentioned herewith that I am a senior citizen and running 80 years of age and a customer of WBDCEL since 1982 and paying Electric Bills regularly having rebate. I further like to mention here that my B.P No- 1075846 and consumer No. is Id[protected].
I therefore, request you to take immediate action against that so called supervisor as I got heavy shock for his bad behaviours and threats and oblige.

Sub: no power supply

Dear sir,

I am sabina yesmin (Consumer no.[protected], installation id: 8752038) to bring to you kind notice the fact that my family is facing a lot of problems for no power supply from 22.04.2017 to till today.in my locality just one light post is here and officially six houses electricity line are connected from the post. And also the post is connected with a single phase to supply the current. For this reason i am facing a lot of difficulties due to voltage deflection’s thinks that if another phases join with the post is fewly reduced our problems.

Under the circumstances, we request you to look into the matter and take necessary actions on your part is highly solicited, so that we the normal consumer will be relived from unnecessary harassment.

Myself Ramanuj Paik, consumer no[protected] under saharar hat substation of wbsedcl.
I would like to inform you that, there is no power supply in our village I, e Aoyashberia paschim para since Saturday afternoon. Though the other villages in our locality have the power. In our village the senior persons and the children's are the worst sufferers. 48 hours without electricity is as shameful as ridiculous . So please think about it and do the needful as Early as possible.

This is to inform you that for last 24hrs there is no electricity in Bawali South 24pgs, nodakhali ps, bhetkakhali gram.
Request you to pls look into the matter & do the needful as the weather is too much hot.
Kindly look into the matter without ignoring the same due to short complain.

No power complaint has been registered to wbsedcl : 7712574 dated 20.04.17 time11:04 am.

Nobody is attending the above complaint from yesterday. Maintenance vehicle is roaming within 2 km from our home but they didn't attend the complaint after 24 hrs also. I want to know what is the problem / factor is influencing for not attending the registered complaint.

My Condumer ID is[protected]. The last invoice no.[protected] was last received & payment made through ECS. I have been constantly following for the bill for Jan - March 2017 but the electricity bill is still to be received till date. As I am paying through ECS, I am afraid to miss the rebate for not paying timely. Several occasions tried to contact customer care at Pailan office, as usual no takers. God bless WBSEDCL. Please help to receive electricity bill for timely payments for paying as responsible citizens of the country.

Excessive loadshedding in mothabari, malda...in 24 hour of the day 12 hours power remains cut off, whereas nearby kaliachak area only average 3hrs power remains cut offf. It is bcos kaliachak ss is afraid of kaliachak people who torched the police station in jan2016, and mothabari ss being never prodded by sleeping mla sabina yeasmin, is sleeping all day in his inverter-operated room!!!

Electricity Bill not received from Meter Reader but I have paid regularly online payment. Kindly let me know whether any bill is pending against my Consumer ID[protected].

I have lodged a complain against docket no. 745929 of not having power in my house as the electric wire has been disconnected from the pole in front of my house . But till now i.e. 4 p.m. of 05/04/2017 no one has come to the spot. When I called up the Chaitanyapur customer care[protected]today for the status of my complain he was unable to provide the same. He gave the no. of person([protected]) to be contacted. When I called him he pretended like that he did not have any information about my complain. Later he told he is busy in an emergency work. More than 20hrs. has been passed that we are in load shedding. Why not my situation will be considered as a emergency condition. Being disappointed and faded up with the poor service I have again lodged a complain against docket no. 7459973.

My consumer ID is[protected], I've paid an amount of Rs 1635 online for my electricity bill from the WBSEDCL portal, on 31st March 2017.I've not received any receipt for the same yet.The amount Rs1635 is already debited from my bank account for WBSEDCL, I got the confirmation too from my bank.But when I'm checking the status of the bill it is still unpaid..Plz help regarding this..

Sir, I m a simple citizen of village-lohapur bazar, post-lohapur, dist-birbhum, pin-731237, i m paying my electric bill regularly, but unfortunately for last 15 days there is very low voltage even only 30 to 50 volt only so there is no drinking water and its create big problems for us.people said that electricity is illegally used in the fields for farming with cut money of some people from electric offices .Sir i expect you should take this matter very seriously and solve the matter as soon as possible.

I just paid my electricity bill through Vidyut Sahayogi app today but when the transaction was complete it showed me error to redirect page but the amount was deducted from my bank account. I paid a total of Rs.2419 via Billdesk while checking out. But the app is showing the bill is pending, though I got the Invoice number:[protected].

I am registring this complaint as a proof that my bill has already been paid. Hopefully they will not charge me again or add a fine against my payment because it's a fault from their side.

Just to let you know: I also have tried calling all toll free numbers, they are just useless. So, I want to my nearest office and one of them who is incharge of these matters told me, don't worry this will take 5-7 days to update. So, I am hoping the probelm will solve automatically.

I want complain against load shedding in our area. I am residing in Chittaranjan. S.P.North is the area. It's a daily habit of our area electric office to do load shedding without any reason & at any time of day for a long hour & its occur more than 2/3 times in a day. We made so many complaints against this but there is no change. It's very much difficult to stay without current in this scorching hot weather.
So I would like to request...

I want to get permit for aircondition (AC) in my home from bally electricity department.
but there is no form available to fill up and get more extra watt in my home.
there is nobody did help me to get this extra voltage ideas.
now they said come after 3rd april
they will harrass us again and again but till now nothing any solve .
please help me to quick increase my watt in housing estate area for me.
otherwise my air condition machine will be waste of money for me.

I am resident of Barakar(Pin 713324).I was working in Delhi from the past 10 years and now i have shifted to BARAKAR with my family(Wife and 1 Daughter).
I have 4 brothers and they all have their separate meters of ELECTRICITY.
Since I have made my seperate and independent flat, I applied for the electricity and it got rejected as the Manager says " There is no new connection available for consumers"
I want to get a new connection so that my family can stay properly .

Current Impact:-
1.Studies of my Kid
2.Weather not at all favourable to stay without FAN.
3.Need electricity for water to run Motor.
And many more.

My Name is Asis Basu, Consumer ID:[protected], under Kotalpur Electric Supply Office. We are Continue Suffering for Very, Very Low Voltage since Last few years.. We have written complained many times to the Office but nobody care. As I alos an Electrical Engineer, so i think Maximum Load Applied on our Transformer, load increasing day by day as well as it is of Single Phase, so it need to be 3 Phase as early As Possible, Otherwise The Problem Can Not be Solved...No Recovary we have got after repeated complain also...Please note down the Probem and solve our critical situation.

This is regarding Consumer ID:[protected]Arun Sardar).
For unavoidable circumstances, the bill was not paid and hence they disconnected the connection.
We paid the bill on at WESEDCL office, Babla tala, Rajarhat on 10/03/17 and it was promised that the connection will be reconnected in 48 hours as per rules.

We called them from 14/03/17 till 17/03/17 and everyday the concerned person used to say, today the line will be given but it never happened till today.

I visited the DIC office today and they said that it will be connected today any how. But in the evening when I called the concerned person's number ([protected]), he misbehaved and said he will return the reconnection slip tomorrow at office. This is not at all accepted.

How come such misbehaved and uneducated employees still working in WBSEDCL?

I need my connection back ASAP.

Living in Indrakanan kanainatshal p.o.sripally. I regret to state that when your metre reading boy had came to my specific address I was unable at that particular address because of prior reservation of a journey on 6th March 2017 and was unavailable till 11th of March 2017 after being available at my specific address I tried to contact the metering boy but he didn't respond I thereby request you to make another attempt to take a metre reading at my particular address provided in the complaint as I will be available on all the next week days and weekends. I at last request you to co operate with me . My meter reading reading is enclosed below under for your kind reference.

I have applied for a new connection online with the above subject...i have complained 3 times through mail; 15/2/17, 22/2/17 &9/3/17...just after receiving my mail they have send a staff to my house for verification on 23/2/2017 at 9 am...he enquired the matter and he took away the documentary evidence of myself and other three inhabitants who resides separately in the same premises...then he assured us that all my documents are okey ..he said that they will provide connection within two days but no reply has been send from their side...
My family is facing a lot of trouble...as we have to go from here and there to know about our connection..
You are requested to look into the matter and take nessecery step about this...hope to get a reply from you soon..
