But till date i am not get new connection to my residence.Please add new connection as early es possible.

    Hi there,
    I am a resident of Rajarhat Area, Kolkata 700136. I was not able to pay the bill through online mode. As a result, I called a number [protected] at 8.52 am (dot) Thursday, 22nd Dec, 2016, and a lady staff picked up the phone. Before, letting her know about my consumer no. of WBSEDCL[protected], she started shouting like as if she is very irritated and not willing to serve the call from the customers in order to solve the issue over the phone. Nevertheless, she asked me to meet the "station manager" to ask about the way to pay through online mode. Now, I tried to ask her that, I am not in Kolkata to go physically to Rajarhat CPC where supposedly the station manager would be available. Then she replied that - It is my problem, i cannot do anything. I further asked if I could receive the station Manager's phone number so that I could call and ask able the way of doing the online payment. But, she was so RUDE and LACKS phone etiquette that it cannot be expressed over here, and I am pretty sure one can realize about it just by reading my details over here .
    Last but not the least, although I made the payment just by scrolling and browsing the website, but I urge to train and teach the person about some basic phone and professional ettiqutte on the other side of the phone by a trained professional .

      My neighbour subal halder illigaly get electricity connection with the help of diamond harbour S.E.D.C.L over my personal property. I submited objection letter before & that day i informed but they did not take any step against this problem. And this connection is not normal connection, its like a hooking...how it is possible...plz solve this problem as soon as possible..

        Not getting connection

        I have applied for new connection under Burdwan -III CCC-3518108 on 08.11.16 I have also paid Rs. 15, 466.00 quotation amount on the same day. But unfortunately I have not get the new connection till date. Where as WBSEDCL has assured that within 15 working days new connection will be provided. From the date of applications 40 days has already been passed. Now can I asked after submitted of all documents and paid the amount why I have not...

          Hello,

          I have got a High electricity bill of three months(rs 2397) as compared to the previous three months(rs 925).
          We do not have any extra appliances other than light n fan.
          We had given written complaint in Newtown electricity board office. But they didn't even bothered to resolve our issue. It's been more than 1 month and we are getting no response from their side despite of many calls from our side.

I tried to pay my electricity bill for the month of november on 4th november, last date of my november bill is 6th november but i could not able to pay my bill online. When i logon on the system it proceed to few steps but when payment option cum it cannot proceed further.               Sbhaspally Siliguri customer center not picking any phone call as I am trying since one hours.
              The problem is we are in with out electricity since last 9 hours.don't know why? Customer care not picking up any phone, I am sure they are enjoying Saturday night and we are in dark night.

                WBSEDCL — WBSEDCL "installation number/type" for online payment account

                WBSEDCL, in its bill doesnot show the installation no and only shows Consumer ID/Consumer Code & Service Con No.
                But while creating online a/c for payment, they seek the the installation Number/Type.
                So i called up customer-care[protected] which didnt had a clue as to what are these & asked me to call up BARASAT CCC office at ([protected]).
                Where again the persons at phone didnt had a clue as to what is this and asked to visit office and check.
                When reached their office it was a mess, no one was there to talk and finally got a rude (misbehaved) answer "We are busy come back on a later date".

                  Low voltage is a major problem of our area. Particularly in this phase in which our connection has given consistently low voltage. We have paid our bills at right time and the amount of bill around three thousand quarterly instead of that we are not getting proper voltage for this reason our appliances getting affected. Previously I have lodged several complaints but nothing had been done from supply office jalangi. One reading collector had been came to our house and witnessed the low voltage problem. He will assure us that he would inform the supply office to solve this issue, still the problem persists...

                      This is to bring into your notice that Our meter is not functioning properly as suuggested by billing delivery person. They adviced us to lodge complain in the nearest station. For your kind information, I have reported the situation through an application a month before as well I have also lodged a complain online in their respective website, but still I didn't get any response from their side. please look after the matter asap as we have already paid three bills with high chargable units without any proper billing.So, this time I don't want to face any problem.

                          Meter box is not functioning well.i request you to change the meter box.Service person has indicated a stop in the yellow card, indicating that there is not proper reading in the meter box. even after informing at the center we had to pay twice without proper bill, and they have not still changed the box. kindly look into the matter.such inconvenience is not appreciated by customers.

                            This has reference to the above subject issue, please be informed that i am one of the flat owner of nirmala apartment - 339 h. B. Town road, road no. 5 - sodepur, kolkata -700110 and i am informing you on behalf of all flat owners, as every month we are paying huge amount of electricity bill, because we are paying unit charges of commercial connection. We have already paid the quoted amount for new connection but till the time the same has not done. Please note that we all are really facing problem for paying such exorbitant amount every month, against electricity bill.in this regard we all are imploring before you to look into this with top most priority and arrange to provide us domestic connection as soon as possible. We all flat owners will be highly obliged for your instant initiative.

                            We all are very much hopeful for getting your revert on the said issue and please let us know if you require any additional information for the same.

                            This is surprising enough that an organization do not bother to reply as what is progression .
                            Being a customer we are suffering month after month . Surprise ! as where we are living,
                            When complaint does not ensure any action what can one do . This is horrible and i am totally hopeless.

                              I have got abnormally high bill for my last 3 months usage. In last 3 months, I maximum stay 15 days in this house with very minimum electrical utilities used.

                                    I have made payment of rs. 14487.07 against quotation amount of rs. 14355.00 for new connection against my application no. [protected] through my sbi credit card and got confirmation for payment made in my mobile. But while clicking on box for "view receipt" nothing is showing rather it is showing that payment receipt not generated. But afterwards while i try to generate payment receipt, it is asking for "consumer number". But i do not know the consumer number. When i put application no. It is again asking for valid consumer number. You should have a proper portal so that one can take out the print receipt after making payment through on line in case of a new connection when consumer number is not know to the person except application number. Kindly arrange for the same so that i can get the payment receipt. Several times I have to pay on line payment but your system have been shown " You do not have any outstanding payment" .Please rectify the same, so as to pay the bill on line

                                      Most of the time specificaly from evening to mid night sometime whole night also voltage is very very much poor i.e below 100 which does not meet any need of life. And secondly but vry common every day loadshading continues more than 4hrs. Vry unfortunate.
                                      Plz take care... and relief people from these.
