Hi there,
I am a resident of Rajarhat Area, Kolkata 700136. I was not able to pay the bill through online mode. As a result, I called a number [protected] at 8.52 am (dot) Thursday, 22nd Dec, 2016, and a lady staff picked up the phone. Before, letting her know about my consumer no. of WBSEDCL[protected], she started shouting like as if she is very irritated and not willing to serve the call from the customers in order to solve the issue over the phone. Nevertheless, she asked me to meet the "station manager" to ask about the way to pay through online mode. Now, I tried to ask her that, I am not in Kolkata to go physically to Rajarhat CPC where supposedly the station manager would be available. Then she replied that - It is my problem, i cannot do anything. I further asked if I could receive the station Manager's phone number so that I could call and ask able the way of doing the online payment. But, she was so RUDE and LACKS phone etiquette that it cannot be expressed over here, and I am pretty sure one can realize about it just by reading my details over here .
Last but not the least, although I made the payment just by scrolling and browsing the website, but I urge to train and teach the person about some basic phone and professional ettiqutte on the other side of the phone by a trained professional .
