Dear Sir/Madam,

I was trying to register myself at http://www.wbsedcl.in & it request for my consumer number with installation number, however, I could not find any installation no./type at electricity bill or receipt.
This is required for online payment. Please help me. My Consumer ID[protected]

This will be very helpful if you could send me my installation no. at my email id sourav.[protected]@gmail.com.

With due respect i, arup das resident at sarbajna para, p. O-birnagar, dist.- nadia, pin - 741127, my consumer id no[protected].
In front of my house one electric lamp post is leaning to our house and also some trees touching main wire, i complain the same to your zonal office - berhampore over telephone more then 3 times, my last complain no - 5377616 dt - 15/09/2016 and also i deposited the written complain for that to our local office on 03/11/2016 also i visit and meet to branch manager (Birnagar branch) more then 5 times. But still now work is pending.
If any type of accidental case for that who is the responsible.
There fore again i requesting you please take the necessary action as soon as possible either i go to consumer forma.

I am unable to make on-line-payment of Energy Bill dated 06.01.17 for the Bill period JAN'17 to MAR'17. Each time I open the sitePay Bill, it displays a message 'you do not have any unpaid outstanding'. I have been continually trying for the last 3 days; but every time same message is displayed. Please dictate me the chronological steps together proper site by which I can make the payment. Time at hand is too short and hence immediate reply is solicited. thanks & regards

With due respect I would like to inform you that I am above said consumer residing at Genexx valley, Tower-28, Flat-11A, Joka, Kolkata-700104, received the current quarter bill (Dec'16 to Feb'17) which is totally unjustified and irregular because as per this current bill your concerned person taking the present meter reading dated 30.12.2016 is 8835 which is absolutely wrong, after seeing this abnormal meter reading I checked the meter with the help of an electrician along with our tower security guard on 01.01.2016 and found the correct reading 7657. I lodge a telephonic complain on 02.01.2017 to Mr. Debbindu, he assured me that concerned person will come and recheck the meter reading but till date nobody has came. Again I check the reading on 04.01.17 and get the reading 7669 (photo enclosed). As per your bill I have consumed 1741 units but it should be 575 units[protected] as on 04.01.17. Therefore my kind request to you that please recheck the meter by a suitable person and inform me at the time of checking for my satisfaction and rectify the bill as soon as possible so that I can pay the bill within due date. Your kind co operation is only expected.

Consumer id is[protected] in the name of gopal shaw. i am being charged excessively more than i have consumed, due to wrong reading. As of now the actual reading is 2062 unit but the billing is as per 2805 unit. I lodged a complaint but the complain remaind unresponded and my connection has been dis continued without any proper clasification and notice. for ur information, the connection is pertaining to my business place and due to wbsedcl's mistake, my business is being hampered... I urge to entertain the case ASAP..

I have received a abnormally high invoice for last 3 months.

Present reading as per last invoice (Date of bill generation 03/12/2016) it is 5030.00, whereas i have attached photo for my meter reading taken on 17th december 2016. The amount claimed in the invoice is unexpected extremely abnormal and request you to visit the site and verify the same once again and please let me know the original bill and the payment dates etc once you fix the issue.

Refund of extra amount for multiple times bill payment. Please refer the attachment. I made a payment on 7th Nov 2016. The transaction got rejected however the amount was deducted "twice" from my bank account.

Hence please help me to refund the extra amount that was paid. WBSEDCL office only asked me to raise this complain with you.

I am a resident of Rajarhat Area, Kolkata 700136. I was not able to pay the bill through online mode. As a result, I called a number [protected] at 8.52 am (dot) Thursday, 22nd Dec, 2016, and a lady staff picked up the phone. Before, letting her know about my consumer no. of WBSEDCL[protected], she started shouting like as if she is very irritated and not willing to serve the call from the customers in order to solve the issue over the phone. Nevertheless, she asked me to meet the "station manager" to ask about the way to pay through online mode. Now, I tried to ask her that, I am not in Kolkata to go physically to Rajarhat CPC where supposedly the station manager would be available. Then she replied that - It is my problem, i cannot do anything. I further asked if I could receive the station Manager's phone number so that I could call and ask able the way of doing the online payment. But, she was so RUDE and LACKS phone etiquette that it cannot be expressed over here, and I am pretty sure one can realize about it just by reading my details over here .
Last but not the least, although I made the payment just by scrolling and browsing the website, but I urge to train and teach the person about some basic phone and professional ettiqutte on the other side of the phone by a trained professional .

My neighbour subal halder illigaly get electricity connection with the help of diamond harbour S.E.D.C.L over my personal property. I submited objection letter before & that day i informed but they did not take any step against this problem. And this connection is not normal connection, its like a hooking...how it is possible...plz solve this problem as soon as possible..

I sri tapan mandal, (consumer id[protected] inst. no[protected] informed that meter reading have been taken from this area but till date no one come to my premises as a result meter reading as well as spot billing is pending. i hope problem will be solved as en early date.

Hello,

I have got a High electricity bill of three months(rs 2397) as compared to the previous three months(rs 925).
We do not have any extra appliances other than light n fan.
We had given written complaint in Newtown electricity board office. But they didn't even bothered to resolve our issue. It's been more than 1 month and we are getting no response from their side despite of many calls from our side.

Could not able to pay bill for the month of november. I tried to pay my electricity bill for the month of november on 4th november, last date of my november bill is 6th november but i could not able to pay my bill online. When i logon on the system it proceed to few steps but when payment option cum it cannot proceed further. My consumer id[protected], inst no 02889416, name sushil kanjilal, adress ab 153, sait lake, kol-700064.

Sbhaspally Siliguri customer center not picking any phone call as I am trying since one hours.
The problem is we are in with out electricity since last 9 hours.don't know why? Customer care not picking up any phone, I am sure they are enjoying Saturday night and we are in dark night.
Please do something for common man are suffering by that person.thank you

WBSEDCL — WBSEDCL "installation number/type" for online payment account

WBSEDCL, in its bill doesnot show the installation no and only shows Consumer ID/Consumer Code & Service Con No.
But while creating online a/c for payment, they seek the the installation Number/Type.
So i called up customer-care[protected] which didnt had a clue as to what are these & asked me to call up BARASAT CCC office at ([protected]).
Where again the persons at phone didnt had a clue as to what is this and asked to visit office and check.
When reached their office it was a mess, no one was there to talk and finally got a rude (misbehaved) answer "We are busy come back on a later date".
