On the31st of December 2015, a representative from your office came to On the31st of December 2015, a representative from your office came to issue our electric bill. Unfortunately, he totally misbehaved to the mistress n denied to follow our culture which is to remove our footwear before entering the premise. Apart from that he also very rudely mentioned that he will in fact enter our prayers room with his shoes on.Not only that he didn't issue any electric bill to us and such our bill is pending and naturally we could not make the payment.Surprisingly he remarked that it is fine we lodge any complaint against him as nobody is able to do anything to him. We hope that there will be a thorough investigation on this matter and we would appreciate our bill to be issued as quickly as possible but probably by a better mannered n behaving representative. This is with Mount View Apartment, B Block, Salbari. Meter installed for Mr.Kishan Shivakoti and Shri Hari Pourel, meters mismatched with each other. Complaint several time in Matigara, but no solution. Now the feedback from telecom department is to disconnect the connection and apply for new connection. Is this the service to public from Government Employee. Anyone, in this website who could read this issue and initiate and action?

On the day specified i had deposited the bill amount through kiosk attached with raiganj branch. .But amazingly the same amount is being shown as o/s with all recent bills and as and wjen i am going to pay the current bill a certification is being needed from an official requesting the cashier to take the current o/s amount.Raiganj office had tried a lot to solve the problem (As per their version)but failed to initiate the correction procedure.Therefore i have started preserving all the bills paid to avoid any future mishap which is impossible and ridiculous in the age of data warehousing.Please step into.

The dispatcher of the electricity bill is not willing to go door to door to dispatch the bill. Rather they give the bill to security at complex gate. I missed the bill & they disconnected my supply. I payed the due as soon as I came to know this but there is no sign of the technician even after 6 hours. Is this people's system? ???

Hello, This is horrible that there is no online support for WBSEDCL. Zonal customer care asking to talk to local electric supply because they have no information about the online. So who is responsible for this? I made 2 transaction to pay my two different bills for different consumer ID[protected] and[protected] and the amount were INR 999 and INR 1798 respectively on 7th October. Bank is showing debited but on the WBSEDCL portal not...

My consumer id is[protected]. Energy meter at my home at Madanpur is not working for last 6-7 months. I requested the same in local Customer Care at Madanpur several times, but no resolution yet. They are only saying that meters are not available. As a result I am getting incorrect bills every months. Can you please let me know what is the exact procedure to apply for replacement of the energy meter ?

I have a connection for my fly ash brick factory named gurukripa fly ash bricks. I am facing high voltage problem since a week.
Due to which i have incurred a loss of approx rs. 10000 as few parts of the machine got burnt.
The plant of the factory is also shut due to the same reason as the is constant risk of plants further breakdown due to high voltage suppy of electricity.
Plant is situated at pandebeswar and connection for supply of electricity is from bankura.
If the factory remains closed for long i will incurr heavy losses.
