Sir,
I had tried to pay electric bill on 4/11/2014 through PNB internet banking. The amount has been debited from my account but bill payment not success. so, i have not receive receipt bill from wbsedcl.
That is why kindly take soon necessary action for transfer same amount to my account and oblige.

      Hi, I have a flat at kestopur where no one is staying since April, 2014.Still electricity bill is coming around 1000 per month.meter number:T2182367.CONSUMER ID:[protected] Biling amount for Jul, Aug and Sep, 2014 came around 2952.27 while there is no one staying in the flat since april, 2014. After receiving this bill I immediatedly made a complaint in the electricity supply at Krishnapur branch.There I got a bad experience .according to them though the meter is not working still I need to pay that amount and also new meter box will be installed only after Oct, 2014 and so till the meter is not corrected and installed I need to pay this lumpsum amount every month. I was shocked to hear this.I met with the divisional manager of Krishnapur Supply .According to them a letter needs to come from the electricity supply board with a recommendation of adjesting the bill.But to my dismay till now no recommendation was sent from the supply board .Every time i follow for this they say they will sent.

      I am here by sharing you my bad experience that i am having with WBSEDCL since last year 2018.
      As meter was not working so submitted complain in hard and in soft form still now the meter has not been replaced.Consumer Id :[protected]in name of Mahendra Majumder).I have attached all the screenshots for your references.Last year I have paid (Dec 2017-Feb 2018) Rs 2214 and in (Mar-May 2018) Rs 784.But this the reading came of 3000 unit consumption of 3 months.Last Nov. 2018 our meter was in dismantle state, this act was done by our neighbour without any notice or information since then no action has been taken informed at local police station have all the documents .We are stun by the abnormal bill of 3000 units consumption report in 3 months.

      Its a kind request to WBSEDCL kindly look into this matter and provide resolution at the earliest.

          dear sir, my name is aloka rani das, my connection id[protected], saratpally, inda, kharagpur, inst no : 04361736, meter no : L2656987, dear sir, after installing the new meter i am seeing that the bill is definitely un actual, because i am alone in my house, my usage is 1 fan, 2 tubelight, 1 fridge, 1 tv and one motor pump for water which is used 10 to 15 minutes in a day, and my currant bill is 3781.00 for 3 months, you can check my previous bill my bill were in last year summer time 1200 to 1500 for 3 months, i think there has a problem in new meter, kindly replace this as early as possible, and give me a rebate for this current bill, i am a widow pension holder, this huge amount bill is a very very big burden for me, and this will be very tough to pay, so kindly do the needful, thanks & regards, aloka rani das w/o late panna lal das inda, saratpally, kharagpur. meter no : L2656987 mob no : [protected] ( son )

              To, The Chairman West Bengal State Distribution Company Limited Vidyut Bhavan Block - DG Sector-II, Bidhannagar Kolkata - 700091 Sub : Complaint against shut down of power supply on regular basis Respected Sir/Madam, This is to bring your kind attention that I, Barsha Mahato(Consumer Id :[protected], a permanent resident of Bandwan block of Purulia district, want to inform you that we, the residents of our locality is suffering from regular shut down of power supply from WBSEDCL from last three months. The supply of power is pathetic in our locality. But as usual the office members of WBSEDCL office used to show the bad weather conditions like reasons in order to avoid their responsibilities. Power supply is cut off while a thin hint of cloudy sky. Same happens even there in no hint of bad weather conditons.They don't even bother to listen about our regular complaints against irregular power supply. Average shut down of power per is almost 5-6 hours a day. My locality belongs to comparatively rural areas and we do not expect better service and supply than from urban areas. But that doesn't mean that we have to suffer continuously in order to facilitate others. We also expect that service and of course in spite of any sort of rural-urban discrimination from a West Bengal Govt. enterprise. And the students of our locality are the worst sufferers as they are shutting down power supply regularly at 7-10pm apart of day time shut downs. I am a school teacher by my profession. So i think its my duty to put this serious problem to the authorities, who are in charge of looking after these sort of problems. And I believe it should be taken care of properly. Therefore we will be glad if you to kindly look into this matter sincerely and expect to do the proceedings for necessary steps to be undertaken from your part.                 I am suffering for the past 2 months the electricity department is delaying my refund amount I have requested innumerable times for it and they keep on telling you need to wait if I delay to make a payment of the bill they charge me interest late payment charge or disconnect our connection now when it is there time to pay me back my due amount they are delaying, will I receive an interest the number of months they have kept my money. Need your immediate action on it.

                        Dear Sirs, Sub : Request for Checking of Meter Ref : Consumer No: A072783 & Consumer Id. :[protected] & invoice no.[protected]copy enclosed) This is to inform you that I Sri DHRUBA DAS lived in above-mentioned address in Pashupati (S) Complex – Sonarpur, we are not getting our spot bills from the last 2 to 3 quarter (at-least 6 to 9 months) and lodge complain under docket nos. 36483566 and 39100324 on 14.07.2014 also do the verbal complains at several times. I have personally visit at your electric office at Bolaka – beside of Sonajhil, Sonarpur, Kolkata – 700 150 asked for my recent spot bill with this docket references. They have provided me the manual bill under invoice no.[protected]copy enclosed) against the billing date 08.07.2014 for Rs. 851.00 for July-2014, Rs. 850.00 for August-2014 and Rs. 850.00 for September-2014. I’ve already paid 1st two installments as Rs. 851.00 and Rs. 850.00 and the September’s installment for Rs. 850.00 will due on 16.09.2014. On 09.09.2014 I went to your office at Bolaka – beside of Sonajhil, Sonarpur, Kolkata – 700 150 to pay my usage dues for the month of August-2014 and had a talk with your technical executive also had a telephonic discussion with the spot bill boy named Mr. Pinku contact no.[protected] regarding the same issue. They have suggest me to do an application for checking of my meter which you have marked in my recent bill (copy enclosed) as “Meter G1371663 is seems defective”. I would like to request you to please immediately do check my meter properly, so that the spot bill can generate by your spot bill boy as per my usage and drop the spot bill in my letter box or handed-over the same to me personally also the payments can be made properly in time to time in hazard less way.                           Dear Sir, This has reference to my letter dated[protected] and several visit to Baguihati CCC, wherein I had submitted a letter against my sudden increase of Bill amount of Rs.12, 956/-. After receiving my letter by your department, your electricity inspector, Mr.Bapi had paid a visit to our house and inspected my meter and declared that meter is okay, but the unit mentioned in the electricity bill for the period of 05-March to 09-June is absolutely wrong. I was shocked to hear from him that on[protected] my meter reading at 11:10 am upto was 11276 units and the unit recorded in the bill upto[protected] was 11778 i.e. 502 units excess reading taken and charged into the bill. Mr. Bapi has already submitted his report and I had already paid my first instalment of Rs.5, 036/-. Moreover, I visited to Baguiati CCC- Electricity office where I was informed that your corrected bill would be sent to you soon.But, unfortunately no corrected bill I have received as of now. It is very disappointing to see that till date i.e. 5th of August my meter reading is showing 11620 units which is still below the billing 11778 units charged in the bill for the period 05-March to 09-June and the chief station manager of Baguiati CCC is showing his indifferent attitude to rectify the bill, even though the Mr. Bapi, the electricity inspector inspected our meter and submitted his report that units are excess charged into the bill due to wrongly taken. It is completely absurd to pay the amount o[censored]nit for electricity in advance just because o[censored]nits is recorded erroneously into the bill. Why would I pay for the units which I have not consumed and which is not come yet. Therefore, I request you kindly look into the matter and rectify the bill as soon as possible and reverse the amount for excess 502 units charged into the bill. Thanks & regards, Rahul Gupta S/o.                                 Consumer number[protected]. Bill Summary shows an amount of Rs. 4204.00 in July 2014. However the underlying bill shows an amount of Rs.2822.00 for for the same July 2014. The payment for the said month of July of Rs. 2822.00 was made well within the due date. However today the 5th of August 2014, when I go to pay the amount for August I see an outstanding of Rs.786 against July 2014 with a due date of 11th July 2014. I am hence denied online payment since there is an outstanding. This amount has no explanation. I need the following 2 points addressed immediately: a) Clarification on why is there an outstanding showing against July 2014 although I have made payments against the bill for the month. Also what is the basis of this outstanding amount. b) I am denied online payment facility because of the past due outstanding, which itself is erroneous, hence the facility to pay online should be restored immediately.                                     Dear Sir, Load-shedding has become a matter of great concern to all in our locality. Power supply is suspended daily for a few times as a routine affair. Fans, lights stop working. Water supply is adversely affected. Everybody are the worst sufferers. It also adds to the misery of the patients. Now the weather is very hot & painful. For yesterday this problem is increasing in every hour for frequently. Is this the good service of West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd.?                                       I ankit agarwal holding a connection in the name of chandra wati devi with consumer number[protected] ...Is here to complain about the the electric bill you send me for july-sep 2014.You hadd charged me for around 4000 units and send me the bill of 35000.My approx per day consumpition is around 4unit/day and previously i am paying you for or more than the consumpition.I had also submitted an appliction to change my electric meter onj dec 2013 but all in vain.And now when i spoke to your kalimpong (Dist-darjeeling) ae he was not able to give me appopiate answer and asked me to pay the full amt.
                                      Please look to my problem asap.
