dear sir, after installing the new meter i am seeing that the bill is definitely un actual, because i am alone in my house, my usage is 1 fan, 2 tubelight, 1 fridge, 1 tv and one motor pump for water which is used 10 to 15 minutes in a day, and my currant bill is 3781.00 for 3 months, you can check my previous bill my bill were in last year summer time 1200 to 1500 for 3 months, i think there has a problem in new meter, kindly replace this as early as possible, and give me a rebate for this current bill, i am a widow pension holder, this huge amount bill is a very very big burden for me, and this will be very tough to pay, so kindly do the needful,

I had tried to pay electric bill on 4/11/2014 through PNB internet banking. The amount has been debited from my account but bill payment not success. so, i have not receive receipt bill from wbsedcl.
That is why kindly take soon necessary action for transfer same amount to my account and oblige.
