Load Shedding Problems

Poor service

Today (11.06.14) due to a heavy storm, a Tree (in my boundary) has broken and dangerously hanging near the electric supply wires of our area.
I telephoned DUTTAPUKUR ELECTRIC OFFICE at nearly 6.00.pm. They assured me for taking action imidiately. But they have not come today. We are very scared as the tree is dangerously hanging ang any time it can Tear the elctric power supply system of our area.

I am a resident of Sripally Asansol West Bengal. For months together, we have very bad power fluctuation and voltage drops here. When my electrician checked in the afternoon he said it was 160 volts only. Hence he advised to put a Double Boost stabilizer, which he said will work even up to 140 volts (costs around Rs.4000).
