I Raj kumar Makar, my consumer id is[protected]. Repeatedly power cut in this eria . Mostly 6 to 10 time per day.No representative of our electric office receives the phone. Please take necessary steps for this issue..

Paid bill ammount 1387 on 7 may, but got reversal the value 13may late night 2022. Now I have to pay late fine without rebate and online discount. I don't want to pay fine due to WBSEDCL problem. Either server prob or whatever there prob are. Mainly Vidyut sahayogi app is truely pathetic. Need a solution asap.

So many time no power my home, why????

Payment for rs 5042 on 26th April at 7:19 pm, for upi reference number[protected]. This payment was made to upi id : billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank

Confirmation received from Paytm that money is successfully transferred to billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank . However the bill is still showing pending .
WBSEDCL local office are not ready to do any investigation. They asked me to contact Paytm. Paytm is ready to raise a dispute howeveras per there company policy they need a confirmation email from WBSEDCL confirming that they have not received the money .

My repeated email to the WBSECL is going unanswered.

Kindly help to resolve this issue

The electric box is not under lock and key, it's open.
Not getting responses over phone from nearby service station of Durgapur City Center.
The electric box is open at 15th Street of Bengal Ambuja Complex, City Center, Durgapur 713216.
Please take necessary steps from the point of safety.

We have been following with station manager wbsedcl jamboni regarding wrong bill generated by faulty electric meter. The same matter has not been solved.

There has been power cut for over 2 hours and in our appartment. On official website of WBSEDCL, the complaints appear to be resolved, but in actual, the power is not yet established.

It has been over 2 hours and there is no power in our appartment. Several docket numbers have been given against several complaints. On their website, the complaints appear resolved but still there is no power in our appartment.

Recently, an electric pole has been installed without our consent in the middle of our private land plot number 784, J.L. No. 52 of Gobrapur Mouza. Address Village & post office- Gobrapur, Police Station- Bongaon, Dist- North 24 parganas, West Bengal. Landmark opposite Gobrapur Gosainbari.
We repeatedly forbade them before installing the electric pole inside our land. But despite that they hid and burried the electric pole there.
Therefore, I request please look into the matter and remove the electric pole from our private land at the earliest.

We always pays our electric bills on time still in my village often electricity goes. Why so many times? After covid most of works are online so need lots of internet and while working if electricity goes it damages whole work.Its ok we can do register complaint in wbsedcl website, after 5-6 hrs electricity come and after a day same situation. So basically i think instead of providing electricity they are providing complaint solving!!!.
It is village thats why they ignore the services one electric feder have problem since three years... After little rain or for any minor reasons the feder damages and the electricity goes in our area... They are telling this for 3-4 years!! But why they are not changing it?
The covered electric cables (for stopping hooking) have been done in most of areas before 2.5 years . But in our village still that is not done...
Please improve and please think about the problems

I have made payment towards Consumer Id :[protected] amount of 1522 at 5th Feb'2022 through Google pay via WBSEDCL app UPI payment. Payment got success but didn't receive any confirmation from WBSEDCL and now electric office says they didn't receive the payemnt and asking to re-pay.

I went to submit an application today to Divisional Manager, Serampore regarding my meter being tampered by station Manager. My 3 phase meter 440 line is replaced with 1 phase meter 220 line by the station manager without any notice due to which my water purifier SMPS was damaged and my all the AC's are not working at the same time.
The Divisional Manager did not received my application and behaved rudely to me and my father. He constantly shouted on us saying to address him as SIR instead of his first name. He also told me that he wont accept even after the MLA approves my letter. I could not tolerate his behavior and left the place.
Now I want your support to take action on his rude behavior and my meter that is tampered by the station manager should be restored as per the record of my consumer id.

Refund my as soon as possible
