Electricity breakdown

Azad nagar near iffa medical electricity breakdown till yesterday night.
Such a irresponsible behavior from electricity department.
Could you please explain how can a person survive without electricity in these type of hot weather.
Kindly take it as a serious concern and do the possible work asap....

Poor service providing

We always pays our electric bills on time still in my village often electricity goes. Why so many times? After covid most of works are online so need lots of internet and while working if electricity goes it damages whole work.Its ok we can do register complaint in wbsedcl website, after 5-6 hrs electricity come and after a day same situation. So basically i think instead of providing electricity they are providing complaint solving!!!. br...

Payment got successful but didn't receive the confirmation

I have made payment towards Consumer Id :[protected] amount of 1522 at 5th Feb'2022 through Google pay via WBSEDCL app UPI payment. Payment got success but didn't receive any confirmation from WBSEDCL and now electric office says they didn't receive the payemnt and asking to re-pay.

Rude Behavior by Divisional Manager of Serampore

Address:3C/2 Super Market Complex, Unit 2, 51 Dinen Bhattacharjee Sarani

My consumer ID is[protected]
I went to submit an application today to Divisional Manager, Serampore regarding my meter being tampered by station Manager. My 3 phase meter 440 line is replaced with 1 phase meter 220 line by the station manager without any notice due to which my water purifier SMPS was damaged and my all the AC's are not working at the same time.

No power since one week and tickets are being closed without solving the problem

Rectify my Electric Bill

Address:College Road, Bolpur, Birbhum

My consumer number is[protected], Installation number3451264 BOLPUR. My meter was declared defective and replaced in November 2021 (Adjustment of defective meter also paid).
The initial reading of new meter was set at 584 units.
Now I got a bill this month( Feb 2022) and the bill was calculated of 584 units( I was out of town and did not consume a single unit).

Ask for deducted money or successful bill payment

I have paid my due bill amount on 4th February through online transaction and the payment was successful but bill payment from WBSEDCL'S merchant was showing pending .But today there are showing failed transaction. I did not recieve my refund amount. It's already been 4 days. And I already contacted with bank operator they are saying that payment from them side is successful. I paid the bill amount of Rs. 527.00 for the period Feb'22- Apr'22 through Google Pay by directly scanning the QR code, given in the bill on 1st Feb. Google Pay shows that the payment is completely successful, but WBSEDCL has not confirmed it till now UPI Transaction ID :[protected].
The due date is 7th Feb.
