West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company [WBSEDCL] — Bill paid by Google Pay by QR code scanning not reflecting

I had paid Rs 22660 on 4th Aug 00:13 AM through Google Pay by scanning the QR code in the Bill.This payment is not reflecting in my account. I have raised Docket no. 42981864 and 43018879 from 5th August but no action has been taken on the same.. Date of Payment:[protected] and consumer no[protected] and amount paid for Bill date 27/07/21

Please help in getting WBSEDCL either return the payment or apply in my account
