Westside — Money for debited for website order but no order confirmation yet

Hello,

I placed an order at westside for a dress worth 1899INR. Money was deducted from my account but i received no order confirmation. I have the transaction id for the payment too- [protected] the payment was done by phonepe and they confirmed the payment was sucessfully made to Westside. Request an order confimation from them. I even mailed them and called them. There’s no proper response !
