I had purchased from westside on 19th My 2025. I had prepaid the order there is no product delivered or no refund recieved. No response from the customer care. Tried contacting via mail still no response....

I have received a damaged item in order number 1802119. The item was just packaged in some brown paper despite being very fragile. I have tried returning it but the delivery partner rejected it saying they can’t accept a broken item due to quality check. I don’t understand why there would be a quality check for a damaged item when they have given an option for returning damaged item?? I want my refund ASAP....

Order no 1131612 had 4 bathmats of the same MRP Rs 699. I have returned all the 4 due to quality issues but received a refund only for 2 products. Its been 2 months and there is no response from them. Already shared my bank statement also with them. Still they dobt respond.

I ordered ETA Charcoal Slim Fit Chinos - Grey / 36 for 999 on 26th April. They sent it through Delhivery, but the delivery boy didn’t deliver the product but marked it as delivery on April 28th.
Since that day, I have been complaining on WestSide as well as Delhivery on both their web pages, saying I haven’t received the product.

Delhivery was so adamant even after proving their delivery boy has kept the product for 6 days and got back with the product after 6 days, saying I delivered it to the wrong address, and he brought it back with them after 6 days, which clearly lies on the face, and the worst part is that the is that the product seal is tampered with. So, I clearly said that I didn’t need it, so they went back with the product and marked it as delivered, which I didn’t even take.
I have been talking to Westside customer service on the emails from the date of delivery as marked; initially, they said they were going to refund my money, but now, after a few chats, they are not responding back to the emails.
I want my refund back.

Everyone from the Delhivery team was worse than the west side. To date, they have been stubborn in there decision, despite showing all the proofs. Still, they were saying that on their website, it was marked as delivered, which is clearly a fraud from their delivery boy, and they are not responsible, so I need to go back to the merchant for the refund.

Exchange department says that you stich the product but I can not use and I say check the same product and same product also same stitches but department can't consider worst part for me that Westside brand is not big brand and I can not visit any o[censored]r outlet .enjoy

I ordered the product on June 25, 2023 Order ID: 574673.
Cancelled it on July 11th, 2023.
No refund processed yet, despite it being July 23rd 2023.
I have called customer care, but no response.

Purchased items worth more than Rs. 10, 000 and to my surprise I was forced to pay for a carry bag.

This is one of the companies that has taken undue advantage of banning of plastic carry bags. Even when one makes purchases worth thousands of rupees, like a begger this company demands money for the carry bag and forces the customers buy one.

When one purchases 15 to 20 items, how does Westside expect the customer to carry their purchased items? Does Westisde expect its customers to plan their purchases and come prepared with a carry bag? Does Westside go to its suppliers with a bag and collect their products or does Westside accept products from its suppliers if they are all put together in a truck and dumped in their atore without packing? It is expected that the products that you purchase are packed conveniently for safe carriage home.

Westside does not believe in convenience of the customers. For Westside Rs. 10 on a carry bag is more important than its customers' convenience.

I have raised the issue to their customer care and escalated it to the CEO with 15 reminders. Until now no positive response and no refund received.

I would like to state that I am Akhila Mohanan, I placed an order for #547402 and using your platform westside And return ID RE17142. I have previously obtained good results as a regular consumer of your online site. However, I'm writing to voice my disappointment with the Luna blu brown buckled comfort sandals that I recently purchased. It's not my size. It's been more than 23 days since I submitted the return request. Still I didn't get my refund amount, so I request the return of the payment I have given. Please process this request, and update me about your decision. Looking for your response.

I ordered 5 items on 12th august 2022 and i paid online fir all 5 orders in which I immediately cancelled 2 items worth Rs.902 because of change of my mind and I didn’t receive my refund for those two items. Also for the remaining 3 items worth Rs. 1528 I received only 2 of them and 3rd was cancelled by westside only and i didn’t get refund for that too.
In total i paid 2430 and i got refund of 360 and product of 1098. The company scammed of approx Rs.970.

In the month of March 2023 I purchased items worth more than Rs. 10, 000 from Westside in Forum Mall in Mangalore and surprisingly I was forced to purchase a carry bag to take home the items purchased. On another occasion earlier too I was forced to purchase a carry bag.

Email addressed even to the CEO in this regard did not elicite satisfactory response and I am still waiting for the refund.

when the westside store i came one of most favarate purchasingf brand on tata .when i come the store the manger should inpreddictable behaveiour on my family...i want to make change fashion desiination on trends or max etc...am the honouir of west side the first loyalty costumare when i start purcharse ...in west side ...for the last time, face an bad incident in kollam westside...from the whole staffs & manager also...

An item was returned and refund was promised with in 8 days it has been a month since no refund has been processed.
Return was made on 17 of Dec and refund was expected by 30 of Dec no refind has been processed till date. Please help....

Order #358362 i received t shirt on time but delivery person charged ₹ 360 to my family member when delivering and my family members has paid₹360 to deliver boy for the order which is already paid delivery person not even called me and i was not present at the time of delivery Whistl tracking number:

I have purchased a product from westside.com. I paid in advance for my order. But I have not my order till date. I tried to contact Westside through mail and also via phone number but they are not responding. It has been more than 2 weeks now. I am very much frustrated. Please give me back my money.

I have ordered 4 items in west side online site and paid online payment on august 9- 2022 with following my order id 316531 robin is my name i didn't receive my items till now so i request to refund my amount

I ordered an uts kurta. They dis not deliver it to me. Then I cancelled the order and asking them to refund the money. No one is replying and not transferring my amount. I am seriously regretting for shopping with westside.

I have ordered products from westside. My order number is #334108. Order date was 17th August 2022.
Payment was prepaid.

It was total 10 products, but yet it has delivered only 4.

On the order details page, some items has been cancelled by westside side without acknowledging me, and I haven't received any refund yet. Also, some items are just in order received state yet.

It is really disappointing that no one is answering phone calls on customer number and it's almost more than 20 days yet delivery has not done.

I have raised query through Email Address which they have provided. Though didn't get any response.

The question is will I get my ordered products, if yes, they when?
else, where is my refunded money?
No one is willing to answer call or respond to open ticket queries.

Want to exchange/ return a dress as it's too big as per it's size mentioned. But there is no option there on the website. What to do?

They deducted my money but did not give any orde confirmation. On website it shows that no order is received. Its been 2 months now, but they have refunded my money back which they promised to do on call. They dont reply on mail and give false hopes on call that it will be refunded within 2 days. Like this they have spent more than 2 months now

I have placed order #341791.Order got cancelled on company end without any information. I contacted customer care on email, when order wasn't delivered. They informed that order was cancelled and couldn't inform due to technical glitch. It has happened with other orders too. Now, I am waiting since 15days for the refund, they committed that it will come in 7-8days.Company people don't reply on mails, and on calls, we have to wait for 15-20mins to connect and then too no satisfactory answer.
