Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter due to utter chaos created by your Bathinda Staff. Me and my husband visited your store in Dec 20 and did shopping of 31000 Aproxx. The very next day, We flew to Dubai and on our return we checked our articles from current purchase and shocked to see the forgery done by your staff. First of he added one of his know’s mobile number for reward points. Secondly, he added few articles (Like Christmas Tree Decoration, Ladies Footwear, etc) saying Its free on your purchase
Whereas everything was charged
•| complained about this but neither Mr. Nikunj or Mr Saravpreet did anything. After this incident I visited store 3 to 4 times for shopping and I got same reply that we have maked a mail regarding the same. Atleast 2 times Mr. Sarabpreet misbehaved with me.
Today again I went to purchase goods. I asked for the resolution, he again started telling stories .
When I asked for complaints register, he said I don’t have any register and said ' Aap online check kar lena
Ever your guard is misbehaving with customers and asking Rs 15 for a disposable mask.
Kindly resolve it on priority otherwise I have to share this on social media as well as I will move to the Supreme Court.
