Hi there,
I purchased a kurta online (product code :16fe[protected] and order number ww-0013504 on 8th july 2016. i've emailed [protected]@tcnsclothing.com several times and called their customer care number but till date have not received this order. on the phone the lady representative told me that the money would be credited to my account in 2 days since the order had not been fulfilled. this was about 2 weeks ago. today is 10th of august and i have neither received refund in my account nor any communication from customer care. the confirmation email showed the following details.
Total amount : inr 1249
Delivery mode : home delivery
Pament mode : prepaid
Your order will be delivered within 4 to 8 working days.

Please look into this asap and refund my money.

Sagarika2k22's response On Aug 8th I have raised for exchange.Till now I didn't receive the product nor my money.Let me know how to get my money back.No one is receiving the customer care number.

Worst company and customer service ever. I ordered a golden embroidered palazzo in size L and they shipped size S. I scheduled the return which was picked up within a few days but it's been almost 2 months since they picked up up and after making several phone calls and sending them numerous emails, I still haven't received my money back.
