I had shopped in wforwoman on 9th April with order id WS[protected] worth Rs 2639/-. It was delivered to me on 16th April and I returned the product on 18th April. They have not refunded me till today i.e., 2nd May. I called up TCNS several times for Refund and they are not responding. They always ask us to wait for 5-7 working days. Please help me in getting my refund back.

I had returned one of the items and I received a message on 18th April that a return is initiated but it has been more than 7 days and still the money is not credited in my account.

Refund not received
I had ordered a kurta from w for women on 2 JAn 2021.
As the quality of the product was not good so i returned it.
Even after returning the package on time on 6th jan 2021 i have not received any sort of refund till now.
Order no.WW[protected] .
I have written hundreds of mails and called to customer care n no. of times but of no use.

Refund issue
I'm writing this with severe frustration and disappointment regarding my refund issue. I ordered a product from W on 16th July. My order id is WW[protected].Unfortunately the product was returned from courier office itself on Aug 6.However W initiated the refund onAug 10th and still i didn't get the money. This is too much of negligence from the side of W, kind of fooling or looting your customers money. I have sent several mail against this refund issue.Eveeytime they asked me to wait for 5 or 6 days. They din even take a remedy for this

wrong item picked up by logistic partner shadowfax
This is regarding order no. "ww[protected]". I called the customer care to raise the return request for both the items in the order as i was unable to do it myself because status of order then and even till date shows "pending" and there was no option available for raising the return request. On 15th june'20 in the afternoon at around 1 pm, a person from logistic partner shadowfax came for pickup.
Out of coincidence, on the same day there was another pickup scheduled for an order of another brand 'indya' by the same logistic partner shadowfax. Please note that on that day i didn't receive any communication that "w for women' return items would be picked up however i got a message for pickup of"indya"products.
So when a logistics person came for pickup, i handed him over 2 items of brand"indya"which i wanted to return.
Same day, in the evening i got another call from a person from the same logistic partner shadowfax regarding the pickup, to him i mentioned that items has already been picked up in the afternoon, he said may be duplicate request is generated so he kept that request on hold to get it confirmed from the logistics office on the next day, that is 16th june'20.
The next day around afternoon i again got a call from shadowfax for pickup to which i said, items have already been picked up by you only yesterday to which he agreed. All this bought me in the state of confusion, so i asked him to provide me return id for the pickup, he did on 15th june'20, i was shocked to see that because the 2 items that he picked up were of brand"indya"however that request was for pickup of"w for women"which was clearly mentioned in the screenshot he shared with me.
Surprisingly he even passed the quality check even though not only brand but the colours of the items were totally different. Items to be picked up by him were of brand"w"and colours were brown and light brown however the items he picked up were of brand"indya"and colours were yellow and blue. Still he passed the quality check and forwarded the item to the warehouse for further processing.in fact later on when he realised his mistake he tried if items can be bought back from the warehouse and can be replaced by the correct items, however this could not happen.
This is a clear incidence of negligence by the logistics partner where they had two pickup requests and mixed them and forwarded wrong items to you without even minding the clear mismatch of the items.
Now because of this the items, that reached 'w', belong to another brand"indya"which i need to return to them and the correct"w"items are still me.
I wrote back to w several times but never got appropriate assistance, at the end they said they can not do anything and asked me to contact shadowfax. I even contacted shadowfax, they repeatedly said they have escalated the issue and will get back to me but that never happened.in fact i contact"indya"several times, they also responded badly, after knowing my name and checking the mail trail, customer service agent disconnected the call 2-3 times and post that they did not receive the call.
This terrible unprofessional mistake was made by their logistic partner shadowfax but none of them including"w for woman","house of indya"and"shadowfax" came up with the corrective measures for the mistake made by them and i am suffering because of them.
This is not only loss of money but time and it is a clear case of manhandling and causing harassment to me.
Finally, i decided to complain in consumer forum. And hope that some action would be taken and you will help me in getting my money back, as it is earned with lot of hard work and it's very important for me.

On july 3rd i tried to place an order through your website: www.wforrwoman.com
The amount got deducted twice from my account. But the order never got placed.
I tried raising a complaint with your website but all i get is an automatic response to all my emails. The contact number never reaches an executive.
I spent rupees 2049*2 for nothing. No order, no item!

wrong size received and no refund yet
Hi,
This is to complain againt wforwomen.
I orderd gypsuit two times from this site, everytime i was assured this time i will receive the correct size i. E. Size 6 but everytime i received size 18.
On complaining, i was assured call back from their escalation team for the solution and refund but its been almost a month i have not received my money back for any of my.
The order numbers are mentioned in the screenshot attached. Kindly help!

Purchased a gypsuit from W for women, Kolhapur last year worth Rs. 7000. Hardly used it thrice. And was shocked to see that the quantity is so bad that it's getting torn on its own. Don't expect such bad quality from a brand like W. Mailed them about the same. Bt no response. It pinches me that my 7000 rs are wasted. I want my money back.

I had placed an order on 2 Jan 2021 for a Navy Kurta of Rs.1599/- from Wforwoman official site considering the quality of the products from the company available in local markets. Ever since the payment was done online, I just got a mail from Pay U saying the money was transferred to the above site.No official confirmation message was sent to me either.
But when I went to my profile to track the order, all it shows is shipped on 2 Jan 2021 itself but it doesn't show where the product is. I tried using the Transaction ID to track the order online...but Wforwoman never mentioned their courier partners. They are just scamming people. Why do they do it though? Worst site ever. I should have just purchased it from Amazon.

Placed an order on online w for woman store my order was prepaid and i have not received any confirmation from their side and also the order status is showing order cancelled, their customer care is not responding in any form... I think they are here just to cheat people... They are neither receiving any calls nor responding to mails.. W for woman is a big name but such a poor service from their side was unexpected would not recommend to buy anything from w online store

I returned two articles ordered from w online store and I got refund for the article with the less amount . My refund is still pending since last 5 - 6 months. Their customer care employees just say that the complaint will be sorted out in two three days and after that no response . They even misbehave. This is really disgusting. Such a big name and worst service ever. I would never ever suggest anyone to buy from w online store. Such a cheat.

I placed an order on wforwoman official webite on 1st dec 2018. Order placement was not done but money was deducted from my account. I have emailed and called them numerous times but they are not returning my money back. I have even provided them with bank transaction number. All they are doing is making false promises and new excuses everytime i call them.

I purchased a kurta online (product code :16fe[protected] and order number ww-0013504 on 8th july 2016. i've emailed [protected]@tcnsclothing.com several times and called their customer care number but till date have not received this order. on the phone the lady representative told me that the money would be credited to my account in 2 days since the order had not been fulfilled. this was about 2 weeks ago. today is 10th of august and i have neither received refund in my account nor any communication from customer care. the confirmation email showed the following details.

Delivery mode : home delivery

Worst company and customer service ever. I ordered a golden embroidered palazzo in size L and they shipped size S. I scheduled the return which was picked up within a few days but it's been almost 2 months since they picked up up and after making several phone calls and sending them numerous emails, I still haven't received my money back.

A white printed kurta i bought from w showroom in rajeev chowk during sale shrunk after first wash beyond my use. Though i was apprehensive that viscose or rayon products shrink i was assured that since it is from w there is no room for any problem with the product. I approached the showroom but i was told to call them or complain at their website.I had already comlaint telephonically as well on their website but my complaints have yielded no response. I would seek a refund .Of the product i have bought..

I had ordered a W kurta from www.Wforwoman.com on 12 February worth Rs.1365. When the product was delivered to me, I found that the size was wrong. I had ordered size 8 and they had delivered me size 6. I wanted to exchange the product. I called on customer care number - 91- [protected], however the customer care executive (Ankita) told me that size 8 is not available now, so they will refund the money in my bank account. I had shared my bank details with them when they asked. After that I have been following up number of times (on emails as well as on customer care number), however they have not yet refunded my money in my account. Now, when I call, everytime they say that it will be done tomorrow. It's been more than a month now (17 March) and I am so frustrated. They never call you, never send any update. And when we call, many a times they do not reply the call. Finally, I asked the escaltion contact detail. On that they said that they cannot share the managers contact details with customer. After asking many times, finally yesterday I got Anirudh number ([protected]). I called that guy and explained everything. He had confirmed me that by today (17th March, 2016)morning my money will be refunded to my account. I have checked few minutes back (4:00pm), but still money is not refunded. I called Anirudh, he is not picking up my call.
Finally, I decided to complain in Consumer Forum. And hope that some action would be taken and you will help me in getting my money back, as it is earned with lot of hard work and it's very important for me.
