A white printed kurta i bought from w showroom in rajeev chowk during sale shrunk after first wash beyond my use. Though i was apprehensive that viscose or rayon products shrink i was assured that since it is from w there is no room for any problem with the product. I approached the showroom but i was told to call them or complain at their website.I had already comlaint telephonically as well on their website but my complaints have yielded no response.
