Wforwoman — wrong size received and no refund yet

Hi, This is to complain againt wforwomen. I orderd gypsuit two times from this site, everytime i was assured this time i will receive the correct size i. E. Size 6 but everytime i received size 18. On complaining, i was assured call back from their escalation team for the solution and refund but its been almost a month i have not received my money back for any of my. Purchased a gypsuit from W for women, Kolhapur last year worth Rs. 7000. Hardly used it thrice. And was shocked to see that the quantity is so bad that it's getting torn on its own. Don't expect such bad quality from a brand like W. Mailed them about the same. Bt no response. It pinches me that my 7000 rs are wasted. I want my money back.
