[Resolved] Whaaky.com — 1st order not received yet & no reply for past 6months....2nd order received broken pieces but no replacment yet | |||
I had ordered (Order No: S[protected] sets of watches arnd 2 months before and I received it a week before...but received broken watches and disfigured shaped coverings/boxes...I complained it to whaaky support it but they just sent a single mail always...'We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We would be dispatching the replacement very soon. Kindly bear with us.' But still very soon never comes... Its because I had ordered (Order No: S[protected] a product before and still I have not received any information atleast a sorry msg that the product is not available at stock ...it was around 6months before...every time i mail they say the same statement as above...Still I m not expecting any reply for that but I want the received product to be replaced.
