Whaaky.com — Am not getting any replies from Whaaky for my goods replacement.

Sir, My name is Shashank, I ordered a combo pack on 03/09/2014 in Whaaky.com and I got delivered on 06/09/2014. The goods I get is mismatching(size) to me, so I want replacement of my goods with other size. But the matter is Whaaky.com is not replying to my mails sent to them and I called for call centre also they are not replying at all. so please can you help me out in exchanging my goods with Whaaky.com with other size.
