I am writing to you with great faith and hope and I highly appreciate the great service you are doing to hapless customers. My case is regarding a online reseller www.whaaky.com who is perhaps resorting to a mammoth fraud as it appears to me from my personal experience I have gone through and other people writing about their experiences on the following blog pages. website : www.shaaky.comAaddress: No 1-8-319/2, Patigadda Road, Begumpet, , Patigadda, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh 500003Phone:[protected]customer support : [protected]@whaaky.com Their own blogs/webpages:1. https://www.facebook.com/Whaaky 2. https://plus.google.com/+Whaaky/about?hl=en&review=1 My Case: This website whaaky.com operating from Hyderabad advertises great deals in clothing and various other merchandise that attracted me as well as many other gullible customers. Their website clearly mentions that a order placed with them will be dispatched in 10 working days time. I place a order online from Pune (order No S80290520 placed through email registered with Whaaky - [protected]@gmail.com) on 4th April 2014, for a deal of 1 Cantabil full shirt size 42 with two free Cantabil jeans (size 34) for Rs 699. I made the payment online. The expected date of delivery was after 10 days excluding holidays and Saturdays and Sundays that fell on 23 April 2014. After this date I sent them several reminders to find out when my order will be dispatched. Today 16 days have passed and they are sending me stock replied through emails and the above two blogs that says : " Dear Sir/Mam, > We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Due to over whelming> response of the product we are dispatching consignments on a daily> basis. Kindly bear with us. > Thanks> & Regards, > Whaaky Team" As per their cancellation policy put on their website, I wanted to cancel the order because of the delay and adverse reviews about the products customers have been receiving. As such I have every right to cancel the order before the dispatch of the order anyway. To my utter dismay my cancellation requests through emails and on their two blogs are falling on deaf ears. They are just replying with the same stock reply that makes me smell something fish is going on. People who have ordered much before me, in month of March have also not received their orders. They are not accepting any cancellations at the same time advertising new deals almost on daily basis on the websites and I keep their promo emails every few days. This is nothing short of frightening. The Google plus blog is answered by some one calling himself 'the owner' and despite mentioning the order number in the blog he relies saying send your order number or write an email to [protected]@whaaky.com and we will look into the matter. It is more than one and half month after I placed my order and they have not committed anything at all. There is a wall between the whaaky and the customer as one can not reach them through phone and emails are replied after 48 hours with the stock replies mentioned above. I am afraid many people are going to get short changed by this charlatan, if I may call the business so. All this is very evident on the two blogs mentioned above. They keep deleting my postings too on facebook page. Also their phone number has a recorded message that is played and I have called them many many times and never got through. The recorded message asks the customer to leave order number, name and contact for a return call. I never received one so far even after leaving message on their system. I am trying that number for last 20 days. After reading the complaints of customers about the wrong/ damaged/ misfit products they received, I have no interest in getting their products at all and I want full refund of my money. P.S. 15 May 2014 1. Despite my cancellation of order S80290520 well in advance Whaaky sends the extremely delayed dispatch to me by bypassing my cancellation by simply overlooking it.2. The three products were dispatched on 10th May but you fraudulently mentioning the date of dispatch as 30 April on their website order page. The dispatch as expected, contain three wrong items namely 2 jeans not of Cantabil (which were part of the order) but some spurious brand called Vegator. One jean pant is torn at the pocket, and so undersized (not size 34) even my leg does not go in. The other jean pant is extremely baggy and oversized. The shirt is again is of spurious company and is totally synthetic cloth against a ordered cotton shirt. I am definitely planning to take this case to Consumer Court or to CNBC Paheredar . I also warm people who are reporting to have apparently received good products that their turn will come soon. Whaaky's claims are baseless about commitment towards customer service which is very evident from the raw deals provided to customers. I have already posted demand for full refund of my money which I had asked while placing cancellation of my order in the first place on their Facebook page. Sincerely Dr Hemant Datye Pune

WHAAKY.COM - WORST SHOPPING SITE EVER-FRAUDLENT COMPANY
I have order the same combo of cantabil pair of jeans and a cotton shirt.The order no. was S80301290 ordered on 8 april 2014..It was promised that it will be dispatched in 10 days I have waited for almost 2months and then I called them for an enquiry the phone always beeps that the customer representatives are busy satisfying the other customers so I wrote to their customer support in return they mailed me that "Dear Sir/Mam, > We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Due to over whelming> response of the product we are dispatching consignments on a daily> basis. Kindly bear with us. > Thanks> & Regards, > Whaaky Team"..They are not concerned to inform unless and until you are keen in getting the products.After mailing them for three times they have dispatched the order on 12 may even I was suspicious about the products I was to receive.My suspicion was correct that I received almost worthless pieces that one could buy for a hundred or two.

1)For a pair of two cantabil jeans size-34 what I received is a Jeans which has torn at the back and the other jeans with no waist button, jip and undersized.

2)for a cantabil blue checks cotton shirt what is received is a poly shirt with striped that too one could get at the roadside for less than a hundred.

My advise is that do not buy any products from whaaky.com they are bunch of frauds who sell worthless pieces..even your servent can't wear such apparels..I have uploaded a pics about the order details and the products I have received.Even after seeing these pictures if you intend to buy from whaaky.com that you are the dumbest person ever one could see..Thank you
