I had booked Power Bank (2) online from www.whakky.com by Order No.S80974219 on 11.09.2015 and the same was received by me on 13.09.2015 (Invoice not received) (through JAWAS Courier). but both the Power Bank not working so I want to return the same and get my money back. But for the Procedure to returning the product, I am trying to contact customer care no.[protected]as given on website of www.whakky.com) but nobody responding. I also wrote many emails to [protected]@whakky.com (a mail ID for customer support given whakky.com on www.whakky.com), but no reply received till now.
