As per your company policy you log complaints on defect /damage/or size issue that is perfectly fine, then how come my case is not registered for refund when 1. It is defected (formal suit without front buttons). 2. Size is oversize as my size is 38.( it is of 42) since my complaint qualify for refund as per your policy only, hence the amount is to be refunded at the earliest. kindly reply to my query with proper solution, or call me back on [protected], its getting too long to resolve this issue.. This would be my last mail to you before moving for legal actions as I have already put this issue with Consumer Resource & Grievance Redressal System.
