Hi Dear, 1. The item is defective. 3 snaps of the item were sent as desired. 2. Order was placed on Feb 25 & item recd on Mar 11 (on 15th day). 3. Surprise gift was promised, but not sent. 4. The 'Zip' of track-suit top doesn't zip till end. 5. The quality of the shoe is also very poor. 6. My neighbor & I placed the order on the same day; but the quality of items sent to him is better. He got surprise gift too. His order # is S80210006 & mine Is S80209890. He placed order on my recommendation. 7. I've been put to too much of mental & physical torture. 8. I've sent many mails since Mar 10 but in-vain. Kindly check why : defective item sent, no invoice sent, no response to my mail, no surprise gift sent?
