I ordered a sony powerbank 10000 mah order no S80903001 on 28th August and delivered to me on 11th September. But it is a defective piece and not working. I tried calling their number but no one is picking up. So i finally send an email to their support team on 14th September. But didn't hear anything after 24 hours passed. the number of their customer support is[protected]. But no one is picking up the phone. I requested for exchange or refund my amount.

Updated by chiraggandhi28 I returned the product as advised two weeks back. And after so many follow ups will not be getting refund. Also the shipping cost is 120 which has to be returned. I'm waiting for refund on 499+120=619 rs.
