I have purchased dress in whakky.com. My Order ID : S[protected] . Actually all the products are old and used material. I have ordered on Jan 18th. But I received the product on Feb 5th, once I received the product I am not satisfied with their product.So I have raised claim on 5th Feb itself. I have tried their customer care number too. I did''t get any Response from their side. How I can get my money back for used material. Kindly take action for this type of E-commerce service. Please help me to Refund the Amount.
