Whaaky.com — Didnot get refund

I am Vimalraj from madurai, I purchased a Power bank from whaaky.com and i recieved the product on 03/09/2015 at 7:30 pm i paid with Rs. 1399 but i recieved the defective product and I tried the whaaky.com customer care but they didnt pick my call and I mailed them regarding this on 4/09/2015, they respond me to put the product photos and they told me to send a courier, I couriered at 14/09/2015, till date i didnot get any response from whaaky.com and I didnot get the refund. Kindly solve my Issue
