Ref. ORDER ID S[protected] Sony Power Bank Duplicate -reg I have placed an order for Sony Power Bank on 24.08.2015 for Rs499/- and the same has been delivered only on 07.09.2015. When we checked up the Power Bank it’s NOT WORKING properly. When I tried to contact over phone to lodge a complaint, the phone was not picked up at your office for till date. As the Power Bank is defective, I want to return the same and I DONT WANT REPLACEMENT. I have mailed them on that day itself. but till date there is no response. Then i have tried to check the product then only i understood it was not mistakenly sent, the product was purposely duplicated and i found a steel rad instead of battery. they are selling the duplicate products in the name of SONY. Pls Help on this to recover the amount.
