I Ordered a combo of 3 denim jeans of size 30. But I received size 26 and 28 jeans, and they are in bad condition too. It is an old stock, manufactured in 2008 and 2006.More over the order was for men jeans but they give me female jeans.Now I want to return them and trying to contact customer care no- [protected], but unable to talk to executive.I had mail them too, about the problem but they didn't respond to my problem.After going through their site, I found that the return has to be initiated after a complaint and it has to be returned in 72 hours from receival of product.Now, how can I send it back if they don't log complaint. Please help me.
