[Resolved] Whaaky.com — Fraudulent Activity - Failed Transaction | |||
I had placed a order on 4th November 2013 with whaaky and i had purchased a Multipurpose Jacket & Flipflops. When i was processing the transaction i received a msg saying the window is not encrypted and hence i cancelled my transaction. But amount has been deducted from my bank account. I had mailed whaaky for the refund procedure and i got the below reply "Dear Customer, Welcome to the world of whaaky!!! We are happy to assist you. As per our record the transaction was not successful if the amount got debited then it will be credited back to your AC in 5-7 business days from bank. We are available to you as resource for the entire time you’re a Whaaky customer, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Thanks & Regards Your friends from Whaaky" I still didnt receive my amount but i have received a sms saying "your product will be dispatched soon and the order number(S[protected], courier details have been given". They have also mentioned that i have to pay 425 RS Cash on Delivery. This is a fradulent activity from your end. i want my money back as earlier as possible. kindly respond to customers mails at the earliest possible time.
