[Resolved] Whaaky.com — Get defective product - refund not received

I am order a product samsung dhamaka @ 699 on whaaky.com website at 10th-sep-2015 10:33pm. I am wait for 15 days and last i m get my product on 25th september 2015. But in there the one product samsung 32gn + 16gb memory card is defected. So i am send mail for refund. I am getting mail from whaaky.com that problem is solved in within 24 to 48 hrs.

But nothing is done. After that i am sending more then 5 to 6 mail also try to call customer care but no result of that. I am not getting my refund till now.

Please resolve my complaint.

Updated by Ishwar Chauhan ok i am shipment the product but what about shipment charges.

and also after that if you are not paying me refund then what can i do. I am also read about your complains that you are not giving refund after shipment of product.

but fine i am shipment the product if i am not getting my payment i am take legal action.

And only one time but call me.
