[Resolved] Whaaky.com — I think, it is a fraud...!!!

On 27th Nov, 2013, I accidentally stepped into whaaky.com and saw an offer: Dhamaka !!! Buy a Trouser @649 & Get another Trouser FREE. The offer was tempting and the look of the trouser were good, I booked it...!!! And My Order ID : S80132422 When I received the product & Opened it, its horrible.. they send me different type of trouser & the picture shown in display not at all matching with the item I received. After showing that I have been calling their contact no. again & again but no one has picked it up... then I send a mail to '[protected]@whaaky.com' After One day I got a mail that they send me the right poduct and their have no question about any replacement or refund... after it again I send a mail that if they don't help me about that then I will go to the Consumer Forum... But, till now I have not get any reply from their..

As informed earlier as updated in the description the same product has been delivered to you. There are slight possibilities of products to look little different in pics because of the lights used during photo shoot. Hence complaint cannot be registered for replacement or refund.
