I have purchased 2 power banks after delivery i found that 2 power banks are not working. I informed the same to support team through mail because their phone is always busy. They requested me for the images of Power bank. I sent the images and they told me to send the products back. As i live in pune it is costing around 500 to send back. I asked them that how can i get my shipping charges (i.e., 500) back.From that day onwards there is no reply from them. I almost mailed them 4 times about the issue but no response.
