Respected sir, My name is Jissin M Philip, I'm already registered a compliant against Whaaky.com (Compliant id No. ID: 946899). But till the time the company hasn't responded.[protected] was the ordered date, the ordered no. S80571485, the ordered item was 5 Formal Trousers. But the Whaaky team responded the next day The consignment was returned to orgin as you were not available to receive the delivery despite several attempts. Then[protected] they send a mail i.e. This is to inform you that the product you ordered has returned to origin as your location falls under the non-serviceable location. Therefore, we have gone ahead to refund the amount back to you. You will receive the amount in your account in 5-7 business days. But till they have no action for my complaint and not refund the amount. Please help me for solve the problem and give me the amount.
