Sir, I received MI Power Bank Qty.1 with Ref. S[protected] is not working, it is not charging my cell even single time full charging. Then the team asked me to send the defective product to the below address:- Syed Sajid, No 1-8-319/2, Patigadda Road, Begumpet, Hyderabad – 500016. Even I have sent them the defective product on 20th June, 2015. Yet they have not done any replacement and not contacted me yet. Please take relevant action and do the replacement else replace me with a good product ASAP. Thanks & Regards, Karthika.U
