Whaaky.com — Misleading customers by advertising fraudulent product.

Sir/ madam, I Prakash, placed a order on whaaky.com for a sony 10000 mah portable charger on 17 aug 2015 and the same was delivered on 21 Aug 15. On subsequent use, I observed that my phone was not charging properly and power bank drained fast. Therefore, I approached sony service center who clearly denied that it is not a sony product. Therefore u raised a complaint with whaaky support but they failed to provide me a solution. In view of the above, i request that a suitable solution may be provided at the earliest and the company may be penalised accordingly for misleading customers.
