Order id: S80626900 i received this product on 25/10/14, there is problem with the mobile its not getting switch on the power button (Call End Key) Is not working. I am not able to switch on the mobile. I raised one complaint in this regard on 27/10/14 to customer support of whaaky.com. I received a reply from them on same day that complaint cant be acceptable as they checked the quality of the product before dispatching. They sent me faulty product but not understanding customer issue. If i have a major problem with the mobile how can i use it. I request you to take a necessary action on this. Please help me get replacement or refund.
