Whaaky.com — No actions been taken inspite of continuous complain s

I have already placed a complaint against whaaky.com regarding sending a duplicate power bank. Inspire of continuous complaints, they did not take any measures to refund my amount. Its going to be one month. I'm loosing faith in consumer complaint forum also. Please help to get my money.

Above is the mail I got from whaaky.com on 4th June. But I haven't received any cheque as stated by the mail. They are proving again that they are frauds. Please help to get my hard earned money
