We ordered pack of 4 trousers from http://www.whaaky.com/Home and the day it arrived the quality was bad and sized not fitting in. We dropped a mail and a call on the site very next day and kept on following up for refund and return no response neither on emails nor on phone since than. No response to my complaint yet, what i need to do now.

They asked me to send back the packet and they will update the size and send back. I have spend 400 INR to send the courier to them and its been received by them on 18th Sep. the courier bill and courier company website screenshot is attached. Whaaky.com says they have not received the packet and no answer since then.
