Whaaky.com — Non delivery of product after replacement | |||
Dear team I have purchased one combo offer from whaaky.com at 1099rs on 24 april 2015 which should contain two piece of the MI power banks with power of 10400mah. So once i received that i saw that is duplicate product also with defect. So one day i called up whaaky customer care and they just pick up my call annd put it on hold with out saying anything . Then i sent email twice and then i got response that i have to send it back to get replacement. So i did that and sent that to the prescribed address by paying 180rs courier charges. Now its over aa week i did not received my product . So i called up but no one picking up the call.. also i sent mail twice but no response received . Then on 2nd of june i received one mail that with in 4 working days my product will dispatch but till now no information or product received. This is the way they are cheating customers .
