Whaaky.com — Not getting the product back after given for replacement - Bangalore | |||||
Dear Sir/ Ma'am I had bought an item (super bright led solar lantern @ Rs.399) from whaaky.Com on 18.05.2016 - order id- S[protected]. But they have delivered a wrong & different item on 23.05.2016. Hence, I have raised a replacement request on 24.05.2016 & on the basis of that, they asked me to return the item. So, I have done the same & the item has been delivered at their place on 30.05.2016 and they have confirmed that via email dated 01.06.2016 & also informed that within 4 business day they will dispatch the correct item. But it's already 17 days have gone but still now they have not dispatched the item. In between I have sent multiples emails & complaints to them & every time they have repeated the same email that within 4 business day they will dispatch the item. Even they have not yet reimbursed the shipping charges (as per their rules) what I have incurred to return the wrong item to their place. They simply can not play a game like this with my time & hard earned money. So, this is my humble request & an appeal to you please look into the matter & give a justice to me.
