Whaaky.com — Not ready to ship the item-Full payment has been done through online

I have placed my order (S[protected] on 23rd of Aug 2015 and made the full payment through internet banking. but till date they have not dispatched the item, i have contacted them through helpline number ([protected]) said that we are putting your order in urgent dispatch category it will reach you soon. but after that no response to the mails send to [protected]@whaaky.com and nobody is attending the helpline number Kindly get it resolved
