I have placed an order on dated 09/07/2015 my order no is S80870655 and also make payment of 1099 rs. through Net banking. I have mailed them and I called them but they didn't respond anything. I called them but it never connect. Please help to refund my amt. Please do the needful.

Thanks for your help.I got an email from whaaky.com but simply they forward the msg like

As per the company?s business model, Whaaky works on picking stock lots from the brands it has associated itself with. Since there are 2 products associated with every deal, procuring products from different locations might consume some time and at times, become tedious to handle. We are still ensuring to give topmost priority to your order. We have also considered it under the category o[censored]rgent dispatch. Kindly bear with us till then. Once we receive the product, we will ensure to ship your order on a first cum first serve basis. You will receive a message with the consignment number and the courier name and you may track your consignment in the concerned courier website.
I don't want their explanations .I want my money back.Please help me to get my money back.my friend also placed an order again they had sent an email same like this for my friend also, but they didn't take any action.I don't want their product and I want my money back.Now its around 50 days since I had placed the order.Its my money they have to answer this. Please do the needful. I want my money back.
