Hi there I did try to buy a deal of 6 Polo t-shirt of Rs 1099 from your site and after making the payment of 1099 online through net banking via your Citrus payment gateway the site did not navigate to your website not showing confirmation message but my amount got deducted from account. I mailed you the same on your support email and called you so many times, this was my first time that i bought something from your site after seeing so many complains feels like cheated and made a great mistake since i did not receive any reply to mail and calls. I am attaching you failed transaction mail and also the error screen shot which i got after making the payment online.
