Recieved the cell phone. Not working the cell phone, batter is also not getting charging. You have shown some mobiles but sent another cheep quality mobile. I the undersigned also one of the victim of Whaaky.com. Though i am an employee of Indian Navy i was totally cheated by the Whaaky.com. come to the point, I booked a product through Whaaky. com on 09 Sep 15 and the amount was also credited in their account from my SB Account. Bank Statement clearly reveals Rs.499/- was credited in the account of Whaaky. com. In this regard a confirmation is also sent to my email. ID by Whaaky. com.

Even after lapse two months i didnot receive any product from Whaaky. com and my amount was also returned. indefinite time i tried to telephone them. but nobody attended the phone call.

it is requested to and all it is not question of rupees 499/- . it is an matter of cheating by the company and as per consumer protection cell it is Deficiency of Service which is un-execusable crime. The acts of Whaaky. com is an offences under 419. 420 of IPC which is punishable office not less than 7 years. The copy of confirmation and Bank statement are still with me. and i am ready proceed with social media as it is a cyber crime.
