Whaaky.com — Order Not delivered after payment

This is complaint against Whaaky.com. I placed one order#S80919176 on
09th sept . after that no updates after 07days also. If they are unable
to process the order, they should inform us in 3-4days so that we can
buy something else or can do preparation accordingly.

after making payment through credit card, I got a mail from Whaaky.com it says that transaction is failed. what it means ?
when shall I get my products or my amount to return credit card.
